The best of the best. My unit has now been installed, serviced for a year and another annual contract signed. The best part about this local company is seeing the same face at your door for each service. I look forward to chatting with Pedro every 6 months. Thank you JB, Mike and Pedro!
When your company vehicle (#5 JB's A/C Electrical van) stands out worse than the already DANGEROUS AGGRESSIVE drivers in PSL.To make me pull over and give a review geeeez!! Why would we want to use a service from a "AHole" trash technician that has no awareness of what reckless speeding is!

This is the worst business I have ever used they were very unprofessional...they ripped me off...I will never use them again and I suggest you dont either....
This is the worst business I have ever worked for.. they are so unprofessional they have me lie to the customers to upsell..they don't pay his technicians including myself...he threatened to harm me when I asked me for my proper paycheck...I would NEVER use this company they will screw you over too ...I had to put one star cuz zero wasn't a option...
I first called late at night when my AC company refused to come out. The tech was very nice, did the job. I then called weeks later and the work was done quickly, reasonably priced and very professional. These guys are great
Brand new AC install 3 months later TXV gone bad I pay for service maintenance $375 they rap up another job from outside still want me to pay for what they should do right in the first time that included for another AC unit that I have them install they got paid I. Full ahead of time for both brand new AC system 3 month later motor fan gone bad
Very prompt, polite and professional. No pressure from the estimate. We did hire. Thought it was a fair price and they were willing to meet our time line.

It took some time to realize that we were over charged for replacement components, poor installation of components created more problems, very disappointed as we thought they were truthful.

Jonathon was awesome!! He went over every detail with me. Absolutely a great guy. Brittany was great also. She called me just like she said she would to let me know when Jonathon would be arriving. So Thank you Jonathon for fixing my A/C and spending that extra time explaining it all to me. I would definitely recommend JB's A/C
very professional and reasonable
My handler fan motor went out just shy of 3 years. Called JB and he said it was covered by the warranty and all I had to pay was the labor. I texted him twice how much would the labor be? He never answered and his technician showed up the next morning @ 8 am instead of 9 . I wasn't even awake and forgot to ask about the cost. He installed the new motor in about 40 minutes then handed me a bill for $579. I was shocked. I didn't have that kind of money and clearly felt taken advantage of. They offered a 15 percent discount. I declined and he took the fan motor out. I said just leave the new motor and I paid him the $80 service call. Later on that day I realized he took the new one and left me with the broken one.. after 4 days of no air my sister referred me to an air conditioner company and they charged me $180. A whopping $400 difference. I texted JB l wanted my $80 back. No response.
A/C Tech Tony arrived right on time and did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing, and the condition of my A/C. Just moved into our new condo, and am happy to have this job completed asap. Thanks, JB and Tony, j. cameron
