Showed up on time, texted to inform they were on the way. Professional personable, overall pleasant experience for a quote. While reviewing their quote, my air conditioner actually died, they were able to coordinate an urgent replacement the very next day. Highly recommend.

Great AC company!
Home was hit by lightning and took out the AC last week. Called AirPlus in the morning and they came in the afternoon of the same day! Mikael checked the system, cleaned out the hoses and got it up and running again! They installed this unit originally and I also use them for the maintenance.
Very honest company with friendly and professional employees
I would love to give this group a 5 star review. They always reply promptly when we have had issues and haven’t fought us about warranty issues. Unfortunately the issue I take with this company is the quality of the AC unit they sold us (Lennox Elite). We had Airplus install a new air conditioning unit for us 8 years. Since that time we have now had 4 different major repair events that have cost us thousands of dollars. I say this as we sit for the second night in our 84 degree house, because our AC needs a new compressor unit and we will not be able to get one until at least Monday (two more days). The original AC unit, which is not even supposed to be of the same quality, never had these kinds of problems.
I used this company for the past 3 years for AC maintenance on my 2017 unit. Never once did they let me know there was no surge protector. Because of that my AC was fried several weeks ago and it cost me 10k for a new unit (not from them). I called and left a message for the owner with a live person in the office and never heard back. That’s my story and I would never use this company again.
