More than happy with Pro tech Air. They for me in the same day, on time and very professional. Will be the only A/C company I use from now on.

Have used Pro-Tech Air for a while now and will never use another company. They restored my broken AC quickly one summer weekend evening when my previous company told me it would need to wait several days until the following week since it would be too long of a fix for a weekend. They are quick to respond, professional, and extremely honest about the rates and any work required. Highly recommended.

Have been having lots of issues with our unit cooling, I’ve used other companies and they charge an arm and a leg for services and none of that works. He comes out and tells me that our unit is too small and we need a new unit, didn’t try to get money off of us for “fixes” like other companies did. He came out right away and was super honest. He gave us honest advice to get us by until we are ready to replace it. We will be going with him once we are ready.
If you’re having AC trouble and are slowly starting to lose your mind- call Ed! He is so knowledgeable and will explain everything to you in a way that you don’t end up feeling like an idiot. From Ed’s demeanor on the phone to his professionalism in person, you WILL NOT find a better person to hire. We called a few different people to help us replace our compressor and ended up going a month without AC because the people that showed up all gave me a very untrustworthy feeling. I’m glad I listened to my gut instead of being hasty because Ed was fair in his assessment and fair in pricing. There were no games or hidden costs- he was upfront with us from the beginning. The only surprise was how fast he was able to get what we needed and fix the issue- which was a day sooner than expected (NOT COMPLAINING AT ALL). If you’re researching someone to help you with your AC definitely give Ed a call.

Ed has been my go-to guy for years! He's repaired an older system of ours, and also replaced another unit we had. Along with repairs and install, he's also done maintenance. Ed is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, honest and quite fair. I have used many different companies in the past (for my job), but would never use anyone else but Pro-Tech for my home. I couldn't recommend Ed any more.

I called Pro-Tech in the morning and the owner came in the afternoon. He measured, gave us a very fair price and ordered the parts. The installation was a couple of days later. The workmanship on the installation was excellent and everything was cleaned around the work area. I highly recommend Pro-Tech Air Corp

Very happy with Ed’s professionalism and honesty and quality of work. He came out same day and diagnosed problem on a Saturday. Said he had a few other homes to do and would be back on Tuesday. He came on Tuesday and fixed the unit (new compressor). Was very communicative throughout the process. It was an expensive fix but I found his price to be fair and reasonable. I hope that I don’t have to call Ed in the future but he will certainly be my first call in the event we have another issue.
First time calling Pro-Tech Air. Ed answered the phone, set the appointment for the next day. On time, diagnosed the problem. Suggested I wait until the unit made the noise again. Said he does not change parts for the sake of changing the part. Finally, someone who looks out for the customer. Thanks Ed! I will call you as soon as I hear that awful noise again. Telling all my neighbors (yes I know my neighbors) about Pro-Tech Air.
