The technician who cleaned my air ducts was wonderful, competent, and exceptionally kind! They are usually happy to comply if I ask for something additional! The day I discovered the company, I felt as though I had won the lotto.

Without attempting to upsell any further services, they were very polite. However, I did ask for a quote from them for a few services, and they did so without pressuring me to buy the desired services. If I choose to have the needed services performed, I would without a doubt use them.

No show for my appointment. They had me waiting 2 hours. and when I called they said I didn't make an appointment but yet they have all of my information. They offered no solutions or offer to reschedule.
