Responsive service, but was pretty expensive ($315) just to clear drain line.
I'm erie about companies coming out for service. You'll hear of horror stories, and maybe be in the middle of horror story. When I called First Degree and had Tom out for diagnostics on my AC, I found Tom to be professional, as well as his team. He gave me what I believe a fair price on a new unit. Installers where professional, polite, and courteous. I would recommend Tom (First Degree) for anyone has heating and cooling problems.
We use them for preventative maintenance and just Had them out for a broken AC. Fast response and professional staff

Tom showed up within 2 hours of our conversation on a Saturday after 8pm. He was able to get my ac repaired and cooling we within 30 minutes. I'd recommend first degree every time!

Tom has been servicing my home air conditioner for the past 5 years and he’s always on time dependable. He installed my package unit in 2016 and does yearly maintenance and is knowledgeable on all issues and repairs. Call them first for all your air conditioning needs!
