They did a new AC change-out last summer and i had lost thier number.. Good AC company and nice honest peoples. Fair priced and would surely use again.
Jason, Steve and Keyshia were a pleasure to work with. Our AC went down and they were able to get us up and running until they could find us a replacement part. Fast service, competitive pricing, and honest staff. We just found our new trusted AC specialist!
They were unfortunately fully booked so I had to go with another company as I needed a new a/c unit in a hurry, but Mike Whitney took the time to advise me and put my needs before profit! I am so grateful and would definitely use their services in the future.
I've been using Gulfstream for a number of years. Last year I received an offer from another company that was so cheap it was hard to say no. I got what I paid for. Yesterday my unit stopped cooling and I IMMEDIATELY called Gulfstream. Value, reliability, responsiveness and great people to work with. You can't beat the best. I learned my lesson. I'm staying with Gulfstream! I hope you will too.

I've been putting off my A/C maintenance for some time, for lack of not knowing a reliable company that wouldn't try to overcharge or upsell me unnecessarily. Definitely found my long term AC company now....great service and great value!!! Can't say enough good things.
In today's world of almost constant disappointment in service providers, Gulfstream Cooling is a breath of fresh air (pun intended). When our nearly 20-year-old ac finally gave up the ship, I did extensive research/due diligence, and requested several quotes. Mike from Gulfstream was the first to come down, and I was so impressed that I signed the papers and canceled the other quotes. As expected, the install was a breeze (pun intended, again). The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Since install, we've had one service call and again we were blown away (final pun) by their prompt response, accurate diagnosis, and quick repair. Gulfstream Cooling has earned my loyalty.

If you want an HONEST professional AC Company use Gulfstream! They are the best and more importantly honest. If you have a service contract with other companies, on major items you must get a second opinion and you should call Gulfstream Cooling!
Gulfstream Cooling is by far the best in the biz in Palm Beach County. Their service is second to none! Anibal arrived within the arrival window provided after my emergency call this morning and easily identified the issue with my AC unit. Within one hour it was fixed and my house is already cool again! Reasonable pricing with professional service. They can't be beat!
Great service and comms, technician arrived on time and left the area they were working cleaner than before they came in. Their recommendations were on point, professional clean install, I never felt I was being over sold on things I did not need.
I had a clogged drain pipe that I could not get unplugged, so I called Gulfstream Cooling. They were able to have a technician out within an hour. He was very professional and went through several steps to clear the line. He had my system back up and running quickly. I am very thankful for the quality service I received
We installed our AC units through them mainly based on good online reviews. The installation itself seemed to go ok and they seemed professional but in hindsight we regret using them. We have had several problems with our units since then. We switched to using a different company for repairs and maintenance and they pointed out some things that were wrong with the units like the wrong sized capacitor for the system among many other things. I would not recommend using them based on our experience.
We've been using Gulfstream for 5+ years to service our a/c units. They are honest, responsive, and reasonably-priced. It is a pleasure dealing with a family-owned and operated local business that cares about its customers. They've gone the extra mile for us, and we always feel like we get an accurate assessment of the issues we are having. We highly recommend them for a/c needs.
A fantastic company! I starting using them with Angies list 4 years ago. I serviced my air conditioner 2x a year to keep it running well because the company is so reasonably priced. Saturday i woke up and it wasn't working properly! I received a call back within 30 min and the air was fixed 3 hours later! On a Saturday!! So lucky to have found them! I cannot be without air!!

We recently had Gulfstream Cooling put in a Mitsubishi heating and air put in our home. The salesperson is very knowledgeable, he explained everything to us about the system and how it works. The installers are also knowledgeable as well and very professional. We are very happy with the service they provided. they also cleaned up after they were done.
I had used Gulfstream to service one of my ac systems in 2017 and was happy with the work. At that time one of evaporator coils needed to be cleaned. I called again last week to have both of my ac evaporator coils cleaned. My units were both installed in 2013 and currently are 8 years old , i noticed my drain pans needed cleaning under the coils and the evaporator coils on both units were a little dirty. I called last week and spoke to a woman on the phone and scheduled for both units to have evaporator coils cleaned. She was talking over me and telling me i need maintenance. I told her again i want my coils cleaned and made appt and she said she scheduled the tech for time to do both units. The repair tech called me on the way to my home and said im on way over for ac maintenance , i told him i specifically asked for 2 units to have coils cleaned not maintenance. He said he would need another guy to help. I told him that his company said he was scheduled to do both units. When he got here he said i need to see how old units are , if they are over 10 years old we wont guarantee work. I told the tech to just leave. This company seems like they dont listen to their customers and dont want to do the work requested.
