I neglected to pour vinegar down my AC drain monthly… where did that reminder go… it eventually clogged… all my fault 😂 They gave a reasonable estimate, and fit me in right away. Doug came out and took care of it quickly and neatly. He was courteous and professional and the bill was the same as quoted. Such a rarity nowadays 😊 I would definitely recommend them to others!

UPDATE: based on the reply from the business I would like to clarify I never called CeeDee to come back to the house, that conversation never occurred. I called twice, both times were to ask for a refund for the poor service. Trash business. This business takes the gold medal for worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and will probably hold this title for years to come. Congratulations CeeDee!!! Our AC unit was not working and I instructed my mom to call CeeDee air who we have been going to. The intention was clear, have them come out to diagnosis and correct the issue . They came, left the receipt that the issue was “Not Cooling” and added five pounds of Freon. The AC unit went bad again a couple of days later, irritated I looked at the note and saw it was documented the system was low on coolant & system was in bad shape and would need to be replaced. Unhappy with the fact CeeDee were incapable of diagnosing the real problem, we called other AC place Dana for diagnosis. They said our AC unit had a leak and that’s why it wasn’t cooling, Freon was leaking out. The solution forward is replacing the unit. That was a REASONABLE AND SMART DIAGNOSIS. We agreed with replacing the unit because it was the LOGICAL AND ONLY OPTION. I was utterly shocked that CeeDee air came, saw it was extremely low but were unable to identify there was a leak and that just adding Freon would be a costly “quick fix” aka money grab from the business that would not benefit the home owner who knows nothing about AC. I called asking for a refund on the Freon, I had no problem paying for the service call because that was completed. However, who wants to pay 400-500$ for something that would just go down the drain & have to pay again 7-10K for having a new unit. We rather, as anyone, prefer to do it right the FIRST TIME. I voiced I was unhappy with my service & I was basically told that we were liars. That my mom, who knows nothing about AC, told them to add Freon. I don’t believe thi
I started using Cee Dee Air about 7yrs ago.. they are all Very PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT..AND the most Important thing is that When TAM.. short For TAMISSINA( I THINK THAT'S THE SPELLING).. Tom and Doug.. The TWIN EXPERTS.. AND of course BEN..my tech..I can go on for hours.. the BOTTOM line is I WILL NEVER USE OR TRUST another AC Company.. a MILLION STARS and Thanks.. those IDIOTS WHO give 1STAR r just trying To Ruin People's REP.. I had Ben from Cee Dee come back to recheck my AC unit and replace my thermostat. Ben is very trustworthy, detailed and thorough. He takes pride in his work and seemed dedicated to providing exceptional service. I will see how unit runs after adjustments and Ben said will be available if im not completely satisfied. I believe Cee Dee is above the competition and feel like a customer who is very important. Thank you and suggest Ben is recognized for his skills and expertise. Thank you. I have worked with many AC Companies in the West Palm Beach area and none of them were ever able to make my AC cold. I was on the precipice of putting in window units because I could not stand the heat anymore until I called this company. They were clear in what needs to be done to correct my problems and then fixed the issues. The service team led by Ben were smart, polite, patient (I am not an easy client when it comes to my AC), and did a great job. This is the first time in over 5 years that my AC has worked like it supposed to and I really appreciate Tom, Ben, and the whole Cee Dee Team. THANK YOU for my COLD AC! P.S. I never write reviews but I felt compelled by the fact it is cold in my house.
CeeDee A/C is one of the very few companies I trust completely. I’ve been a customer for years. Due to medical conditions, if the air conditioning goes out I have trouble breathing. They have come to the rescue so many times, working late and disrupting their own lives to make me comfortable. With service like that, I never question anything they say. Every person I’ve met or talked to from the company is always very professional, helpful and really seem to care.
Absolutely fantastic service by Doug and his partner in troubleshooting the problems installing a Google Nest thermostat into our almost fifty year old manufactured home. I can't recommend highly enough their expertise and professionalism in solving the issues, and also repairing the past amateur band-aid fixes that had been performed along the way. Thanks very much!
This is my go to company for all HVAC needs. Reputable company in which the owner and employees have always treated myself, friends, and church by doing fair and honest work. Technicians let you know time frame when they will be arriving and have always been respectful and knowledgeable. Great company to do business with and highly recommended.
Our A/C went out at 4am. I called and spoke to Office Manager, Tabathina who asked me some questions. She fixed it over the phone by instructing me to turn on my Humidifier. The A/C immediately started blowing cold! They could have sent a Tech out for an easy Service Call and Charge but did not! Honest Company for Sure!!!!
This company tried charging my grandfather $850 for a blower motor under warranty and then was called out for overcharging an elderly man. Then dropped the price to $356! That is some shady shady behavior. We called around for my grandfather and all three local companies that we called were in the 350-400 range for a blower motor including the service call!!! Predator pricing! This occurred in pine lake gardens! Thank god Richard Berlanti changed the preferred vendors list to a local honest company going forward my grandfather will be calling them for all his needs
Did a diagnostic , came within an hour after I called them , happy with the punctuality have to come back to replace part so far so good
I had Doug as my repairman. Doug was very professional and on time. He was able to fix my problem and. While doing so he was also able to tell me what caused the problem and how to prevent it.

Honest and work with you to understand options and reasons things should be done a certain way. On my home they have been great around the kids and dogs. On my commercial account we have had terrific response and fair pricing on multiple systems. Was originally a reference from a Vetrans group and I’m glad I found them!!!!
I called for repair to my only AC unit in the morning. I was told that "Doug" would be there after 3PM. He came and know what needed to be done and made the repair quickly. Nice person, nice company, fair price. I will use them again if needed.
