I previously posted a negative review for Bradley Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. I would like to reverse that review and give a full 5 stars to this company. Mr. Bradley personally contacted me ref our issue, then set in motion the corrective measures to resolve the problem. He went well above what I deemed necessary and I will absolutely be using him in the future.
Andrew was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was polite and got the job done when others did could not. Thank you Andrew for your professional services and for making my house cool again during a very hot and humid South Florida night. I will definitely use your services again.
Poor customer service, left the job unfinished, tile broken, wires left hanging from the hallway ceiling. I've spoken to the service manager who first promised to repair damage, then said it wasn't their responsibility. I will never let them in my business again.
My AC was dripping water from the coils. I called Bradley Heating & Air and they sent a service tech out within the hour. Daniel was professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue and the AC is working perfectly with no issues. Great company!!
My mom's a/c died and the next day Dan showed up. He evaluatated the situation. Checked the warranty, got a part and fixed it by the afternoon. Great experience!
From the first call, it was nice talking to someone. Did not have to wait for someone to answer the phone. Service was schedule in less than 5 minutes. A technician arrived to my house within 3 hours. The technician they sent out was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and what it would cost. Cost were reasonable and worth his expertise. I would recommend Bradley Heating & Air to everyone.
Service was easy to schedule and Dan was on time, skilled and knowledgeable. Our A/C was up and running within 30-45 minutes and it has continued to keep us cool since then.
The team at Bradley AC was courteous and very professional. Also they make sure things are correctly installed. The inspector even commented on the high quality install that was above and beyond code. Highly recommend!

Daniel showed up at the time of an emergency and was amazing with his knowledge and compassion for my very anxious elderly aunt. He comforted and assured her that he could fix it for her, which he did. He also followed up to make sure that she had no issues with the cooling system. A friend recommended Bradley and DANIEL RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. I never did heard from the company that I have a contract with on my own home, even after leaving 3 desperate messages that evening of the emergency. I will be sure to use Bradley Heating and Air Conditioning when her AC or mine needs replacement.
Bradley heating and air is the best place to go to check your ac, or even if it is broken. 5 star service best in the business.

I’ve been using Bradley’s for years. About 5 years ago, the AC in our home broke during the peak of the hot Florida summer. They came to the rescue and did a fantastic job. We’ve been using them for maintenance ever since and would never use anyone else! Great, friendly people and amazing service. Highly recommend!

Having my service contractor coming over and telling me that I was in need of a new AC system unless the system was 7 years old. He stept over the fact that there should warranty on parts the better a new system. I was not happy and went to the BBB of South West of Florida and because of the "B" in his name Bradley AC showed up.After a brief conversation and sending pictures over, they came over, tested the whole system, filled a with needed gas and everything runs again... Not for free but very professional.... thanks mr. Bradley
My drain line on my AC drain line kept backing up in my garage. I used my shop vac 3 times but could not stop the overflow. Contacted Bradley Heating and Air Conditioning and they came out immediately and cleared the drain line. Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend
