Chris is great. Called him and he showed up same day and got me squared away.
We needed a vent moved being that we are installing built in cabinets and the original vent was in the area that the cabinets will be installed. We thought the job would be to small. Chris was referred to us by a friend. He came in evaluated the job and gave us a fair price. Chris followed up before the date of the job and was on time the day of the job. Chris is a pleasure to speak with and a true professional. We highly recommend Chris.
Absolutely thrilled with Duval Air Conditioning! Excellent work; honest and fair pricing; and conscientious, clean, hardworking, punctual crew. Large job turned out even better than I anticipated. Called him back for a second property and much smaller job, quality was just as impressive. Will be calling on them for all future a/c needs!
Chris - went above and beyond on all the detail on repairing my unit- he is professional and he treated me like I am a part of his family- his follow up very thorough and very helpful way to go as I did sign for the maintenance package just because of Chris work trustworthy and I will recommend him to my company and friends. Chris and Duval Air Conditioning were great to work with! Duval A/C beat all other quotes and it was nice to work with a locally-owned business. The whole installation process was efficient and they got us back up and running in the same day. I'd recommend anyone in the Jacksonville area to use Duval A/C for heating and cooling installation and repair.
