Highly recommend! My air conditioner stopped working. Spoke to a very nice person to schedule an appointment, great customer service. The repair man was very nice. Professional, and respectful and quick to diagnose the problem, he had my air conditioner up and running in no time. The price was great and well worth the money. I am very impressed with both the girl answering my call and the technician, professionalism and knowledge.. I highly recommend this company. Great employees, great service, quick to respond, and great price.
Sam Grimes was not only punctual, knowledge and pleasant to work with. He came assessed the issue offered recommendations and provided pictures so that we were well aware of the issues. He took his time and made sure we understood what exactly the problems were in lay terms! We felt very confident in his assessment and went with his advice to perform the necessary repair and trouble shoot for further items. We highly recommend Donovan's for the responsiveness and professionalism especially working with Sam Grimes as our preferred technician of choice !
Donovan technicians are extremely professional, skilled and knowledgeable. The work far exceeded our expectations. They resolved a limited space problem and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. We are thrilled with the product and service!
Our technician was so nice! He was courteous and knowledgeable. He took his time and did a thorough job of cleaning our system.
Called of Air outage in evening and serviceman arrived a little after noon the next day. Courteous, answered questions, and did quick assessment. He was out in about 1 hour.
I had a leaky water heater that needed to be replaced. Donovan responded quickly and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote to replace my water heater. When they gave me the quote to replace the heater it seemed high so I asked for a breakout of the price of the water heater and was told "we don't do it that way, It is a total price". Well I decided to get another quote that came in well below Donovan's price with a breakout of the heater cost and labor cost that came to about 1/2 the price of Donovan. I felt like Donovan's price was predatory. I did not use them and had a very successful replacement for a much more reasonable charge. Beware.
We called Donovan when our AC went out and our usual company wasn't going to be able to get to us for a week. Donovan was able to get to us, identify and repair the problem in a timely manner. The tech, Alex, was professional and friendly. Needless to say, we have moved our business to Donovan. Thank you for taking care of us so quickly (and without breaking the bank)!!
Tyler quickly diagnosed what was wrong what was wrong with our AC unit. He found a short in the wires and a blown fuse on the air handler. We were grateful for his timeliness, experience and professionalism.
From the receptionist to the techs to the office management, everyone I've dealt with is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and prompt. Rather than upsell me, they advise me about future probabilities. The prices are right. Just excellent all around. Update 3/18/2022: Stephen provided semi-annual maintenance. Good service, good advice, really nice guy. Update 1/4/2023: James and Jonathan were here all day changing out my old system for a new one. They were first class to me, my property, and each other. Everything looks great. Update 6/27/2023: Patrick provided semi-annual maintenance. Good service, good advice, really nice guy. He pointed out Donovan's other services, and I opted to get an estimate on hard-wiring an electrical appliance. Patrick set up that appointment for me as well.
The technician who came was the same fellow who came just a few days earlier for my bi-yearly inspection. At that visit he said everything looked fine. Three days later the unit was no longer working. He arrived at 10:30 in the morning and by 3:00 had to call for assistance. It took them two more hours. After they left I found that they had put oily and dirty cans on the carpeted floor in front of the unit. They opened the bedroom windows and it rained in leaving my bed rumpled and damp. The loud siren sound from the unit as they were working on it hurt my ears. It must have been torture for my dog. We had to take several walks just to get away from the noise.
I called yesterday to inquire about a new water heater. Donovan came promptly this morning about 9 o’clock. Robert was their representative and he gave me excellent quotes, installed the new water heater and did a beautiful job with the installation. Robert was very personable and knew exactly what he was doing. Again, Donovan promised and did excellent work.
I found Devan personable, competent, and very helpful. As I told him, he clearly appreciates other people, a clear indication that he's going to enjoy his life in and out of work. He helped me understand what I need to do to take care of my heating/air conditioning equipment as well as general things to do to negotiate ludicrous state that I stumbled into.

After eight years of service, unfortunately my house’s HVAC system finally gave up working properly this summer. I called Donovan, and was grateful that Jerry, and JB, quickly came out to troubleshoot and provided their proposals. And just within two days, I was impressed by the work of the Installation team - Preston, Derrick, Alejandro and Edward, for their professionalism and expertise. From start to finish, they provided exceptional service and ensured a smooth installation process. The installation team arrived at exactly the scheduled time and demonstrated excellent knowledge and skill in handling the installation. Their attention to detail was commendable. They meticulously installed the unit. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction made the experience truly outstanding. They took great care to minimize any disruption. The air conditioner is now functioning perfectly, providing a cool and comfortable environment in my home again. This team was immediately responsive, incredibly professional, and went above and beyond by bringing window units over to cool down my house until a new system could be installed the next day. They made a surprise AC failure as easy to deal with as it could possibly be. The install team also took great care to be incredibly respectful of my home, laying down drop cloths to protect my floors, taking their shoes off in the house without me ever asking, and just were courteous and respectful and efficient all day. Every interaction I had, whether it was the first call, repair tech, sales rep, or install team was handled promptly and professionally. They really made it easy!
