I have a warranty with another company but they couldn't make same day service for an emergency outage. Buehler got there in less than an hour & listened to my concerns. Very inexpensive for an emergency visit & super professional service!
Buehler always goes above and beyond when making a service call! My experience has been that after addressing the immediate service call, they check and clean up other areas of potential concern! I've had other service contacts with various companies but Buehler has been the most complete service. Best customer service experience ever!
My ac went out and I called them at 4:30pm and Dylan was here by 6:15pm. He found the problem, went through all my options in detail with me. Fixed my ac in the rain and waited until the lights came back on from the storm to make sure it was working before he left. I definitely would recommend this company!
Matt and team from Buehler is unmatched. Gave me a quote on Thursday new system installed Friday. This team went way above my expectations. The system is working beautifully and is the most comfortable my house has ever felt. My family and I thank you for the tremendous service you provided. I will recommend all of my friends and associates of Buehler for their hvac needs.

AC went out. Called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment same day in the dead of summer. The tech who came out was friendly and great explaining all of our issues and options. Ended up being able to get the unit replaced the following Monday! Buehler's definitely keeps you cool. Highly recommend.

After having numerous issues with my A/C I contacted Buehler A/C. Erik came out and found damage caused by another A/C company in town. Buehler’s price for repairing the unit beat the three other quotes I received. Due to the age of the unit I decided replace it. Levi, Ronnie and Alex came out two days later and did outstanding work. They treated my project like they were at their own house. I am very happy with the work preformed. This is my third time using Buehler and I have yet yo be disappointed.
Buehler AC is a great company to work with. In my case Jason and Kevin installed my system which took a great deal of work. They were professional and very diligent .... They never stopped for the 5 hours they were at my home. I highly recommend Buehler AC!
Unfortunately the new system had a problem 12 hours after installation but they had a technician come out the next morning about an hour after I contacted the office. Jomar found the problem within a few minutes and corrected it but also stayed around an additional 30 mins to give everything else a look see just to make sure there were no other issues. Happy and impressed with their customer service!
We are so happy with our service with Buehler Air! Kyle was here within an hour! Can’t thank you enough for the quick response! Especially during this severe heat wave we are experiencing now!
I recently had the AC go out in a rental property and the tenants let me know at 11:00 AM. Buehler was able to make it out by 3:00 PM to assess the problem. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced. Matt was able to work the schedule to get a new unit installed the next day (Saturday, Holiday weekend) by 5:00 PM! Matt, Shane, Eric and Travis were all very professional and did a great job. I have always had a good experience with Buehler. Thank you!
Would recommend Buehler Air Conditioning. Called at 8 am had me booked same day on a weekend for 4pm. Tech arrived early at 1pm. Was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to replace my motor within an hour.
Trace was a great technician. On time, walked me through the issue and got us back up and running at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
Nick and Dylan were the best!! Not only were they very professional they also helped me with the app for the new thermostat and set up schedules for me. Cleaned everything up even better than when they left it outside and in my utility room! Matt the salesman was also extremely nice and professional and put booties on even before everything my house which I respected a great deal!! I highly recommend this company and their workers! Nick and Dylan are young and it's refreshing to see them so respectful and hard working and extremely caring!! I know they both had my back and wanted to get my air on ASAP. Thanks guy's again!
After being told we needed a whole AC system replacement by another well-established and known HVAC company that we have been customers of for years, we decided to call Buhler around 7pm for a second estimate. Man, am I glad we did. They had a tech come out to give us an estimate that evening. From the minute we called them, they were so professional, responsive and willing to take all the time necessary to answer our questions and explore our options together. The quote they gave us was almost $2,000 less than one we got from our prior HVAC company for the same unit, and it contained additional work like upsizing our duct work and replacing our copper lines at no additional cost. Darius, Josh and Kevin came out the next morning at 8am sharp and had the new unit installed and working great by 2pm that day. Since the install, Matt has checked on us several times and made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything. I know we have just begun our relationship with Buhler, but they have gone above and beyond at every step of the way. These guys are good...and they are local and not some corporate outfit. 2K reviews averaging 5 stars...I see why. Add me to the list. Thanks Team Buhler!
The whole team was professional and courteous. I appreciate Matt’s honest approach to selling our new heat pump. Alonzo and Darius were very thorough during the installation as was Trace who completed a thermal analysis. He also went out of his way to attend to issues that were beyond the purpose of the service call.
Date of service 06/15/23 Wonderful service from Tyler,Eric,Travis&Ryan. Very professional, exhibited pride in their profession, company and owner of the company. It was a long hard day but their attitude was positive throughout. Offered refreshment that was politely refused. All are great representatives of this company and deserve positive recognition. Will definitely recommend Buehler to anyone who is in need of AC service.
