Will was great! Came to troubleshoot, identified the issue and came back to fix once the part was in. He answered all my questions and explained the what, how and why of the issue. I would recommend Will and Pelletier mechanical for all your heating and AC needs.
Bill Berg was our technician. He came to service our mini-split system the afternoon before the July 4th holiday and in no way was he in a hurry to end his day. He was professional and explained the situation to me. Extremely pleased. I like how Pelletier schedules the appointments as well as informing me who will be the technician. If the technician is going to arrive late, the company calls to provide an update. Highly recommend Pelletier Mechanical Services, LLC.

Nick was just great. Explained everything he did. Suggested some maintenance items that we should be doing between annual service. Explained some additional services that they have launched to make a customer's experience better. Highly recommend.

Ty and Assante put in our new AC and Heating system. They were super professional and did an amazing job! They had to replace a poorly put in system and they fixed everything and updated our thermostats to the google nest ones. Everything was finished in a timely manner and we were kept updated every step of the way. We had Will come out first to give us the quote and he was also very professional and informative. I would highly recommend Pelletier to anyone who needs HVAC services in the future!

Revising negative review after being reached out to by company. Spoke with Bill, he agreed that the service call could have gone better, went into details with me. I'm getting another service call with Bill coming out in a week. Update #2, Bill and Andrew came by for another look at my system. I'm very happy that they came by to give another look - they are giving me solutions that for multiple problems that make much more sense than the solution provided to me by the first guy who came by. Additionally, they were able to obtain and give me filters that will actually work for my system.
I do not know the technical quality of the work, but Will was highly professional, explained what needed to be done, provided several pricing alternatives, and completed the work.
