I just had Guy's heating and cooling put a mini split heating and cooling pump in my park model at Ashaway rv resort and I could not be more satisfied with the professional service that I received. I did not have to clean up the mess that is usually left behind by other contractors and he quoted a very competitive price. Paul and and his team did a fantastic job and Paul walked me through the entire system and answered all my questions that I asked. If you want a contractor that you can trust 100% look no further than Guy's heating and cooling
Every contracting company should be this excellent. I worked with the office staff on scheduling, Paul on estimating, and John (with Paul) on installation. Beyond their technical competance, they asked questions to determine the perfect product/solution for my home's situation. Keep up the great work!

Paul and his crew at Guys Heating and Cooling are true professionals. They take pride in their work and they are very responsive, courteous and punctual. They have been installing new HVAC systems and servicing existing HVAC systems in all of our properties since 2015. I would highly recommend them!

Paul and John are great. Communication is key for me and Paul is always prompt with his responses and patient. They squeezed me in their busy schedule to replace my 30 year old unit that broke during this brutal heat wave. The installation only took about 1.5 days and went very well. They showed up when they said they would and worked well with my electrician. I highly recommend them.
We called Guy’s on a Thursday when our central air went out. They got back to us that day and set up an appointment for Monday. Showed up on time Monday and Paul was friendly, knowledgable, and I didn’t feel like I was being sold. Bad news was we needed a new system. Paul checked to see if his recommended unit was in stock and gave us a price on the spot. Meanwhile I was waiting for two other estimates to “get back to me”. We shook hands and they installed a new unit that Thursday. Guys were again punctual and friendly. System is running great and I would highly recommend Guy’s to anybody.
I can’t say enough good things about this business. Within minutes of requesting a quote, I heard from Paul. We set up an appt and within a week my replacement AC system was installed. His team that installed it was also top notch. They were prompt, friendly and highly efficient. Would highly recommend these “Guy’s”. 😁👍🏻
Paul and his team installed an upgrade of my 2nd floor Central A/C while adding a new zone and duct work for my 1st floor. From initial contact to the end, the team was incredible to work with. The quote(s) were provided quickly and were fair and upfront. The team did great work, explained everything in detail, and cleaned up like they weren't here - all while minimizing their impact with a newborn in the house.

Guys Heating & Cooling responded very quickly to our request to install a kick space heater in our dinette area. Paul was right on time for both the initial visit and proposal, and on the day of installation. I can't say enough about the quality of work, quality of materials, personable attitude, and cleanup at the end of the job.
I had very little hot water & was tired of taking cold showers. Guy's Heating responded very quickly. They diagnosed, ordered the part & fixed the problem within 2 days! Paul charged me a very fair price too. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them!!
Extremely professional and responsive. We contacted via email and were immediately set up for inspection and quote very quickly. The installation was quick and precise. The team noted we had two infants and a dog at home, so they scheduled a time and all hands on deck to accommodate that with the least interruption to our daily living. We had a follow-up inquiry about our system and they immediately returned to answer our question, no questions asked. We highly recommend the company and team for any service. They were truly transparent with everything, extremely informative, and the most respectful, responsive, and immediate/willing to work around our needs compared to other companies we contacted we we started the process of quotes and inspections.
