excellent customer service! We always trust Ballards for our plumbing issues. Manny came on time and installed our new valve, faucet, shower head and drain. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. He is a great representative of the company as well as a superior professional.

Cameron K. was able to come out and set us up for a furnace install (ours was clearly dead) right before Christmas. He was a pleasure to project with. I got an appointment for the next day. The tech (Reginald) contacted and came earlier than expected, was professional and honest and didn’t make me feel like he was just there to up-sell me an entire new system. important!) He promptly diagnosed and addressed the issues, and gave a full list of recommendations for the future. I will definitely call them for any future needs and endorse them! , by comparison, my home warranty plan took 2 days to schedule an appointment for a week later!
We were having some problems with air flow after the recent system upgrade. Hudson arrived out today and offered wonderful insight on what is going on. He was able to lay out multiple options to try and resolve the issue. I am overall satisfied with the work performed as well as customer service offered.

The technician, Randall, was and professional. He knew his stuff. For context, we're new to the homeowning thing and our home is old and quirky. Randall answered all of my questions about plumbing and walked me through what he was doing while he troubleshot our plumbing leak. Would have him out again for any future plumbing issues.
