The technician was knowledgeable, on-time, and honest. He did his due diligence to confirm the problem with my furnace, swapped out the bad part, and had me going again in no time. I would recommend to friends and family.

The crew showed up promptly and got the work done very efficiently. They did a great job on cleanup. They also gave us very thorough instruction on the system. The crew was John, Chris and Caroline. We highly recommend Roxborough Heating and Air. They installed a tankless on-demand water heater and we also asked for an estimate on some additional HVAC work. We are very pleased with their work.
Rox was great. We needed a full furnace and AC replacement. They came to look at it the day after I called, quoted a price thousands lower than other companies and installed 2 days later in less than 4 hours. Team was highly professional and did great work. Highly recommend
Garrison was awesome. He came to the house to fix an issue that another company couldn’t. Garrison was extremely professional, and walked me through everything he was doing. He is still coming back to double check everything, but has been great to work with.

Shane and his crew of Chris, Carolyn, and Braden were great to work with. The we’re on time and had our air conditioner coils and compressor all replaced and working in under four hours. Friendly service and good communication.
We have uses Rox Heating and Air for many years. We always trust their advice, and their service. We just had our Furnace and AC completely updated. Through the whole process we have felt informed and the day of install the whole team worked together to make the process smooth and seamless. James from ROX came out to do air conditioner maintenance on my old air conditioner. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. James has always been open and honest with me about the condition of my furnace and air conditioner and patiently explains things. I also like that this company sends out the same person so he knows you and your systems.
Garrison is an excellent technician! He provides solid advice and recommendations to keep your HVAC systems up and running. I have a yearly service agreement and I highly recommend buying it.

Seriously...there is no better service than Rox in their field. When first reaching out to them a few years back, I spoke with Jason over the phone who led me through my "issue" with my new AC. I took the steps he suggested - mainly checking, and if necessary, replacing my massively soiled filter (yes, I know) - and hosing down the unit itself...you got it, back up running seamlessly. The service techs, most recently James Jones , came for our summer tune-up with the AC. Knowledgeable, friendly and instructional...great experience. Would not use any other company for Furnace/AC work...and suggest that everybody does the same...mean it!
