Chris did an amazing job with helping us fix our air conditioning, very respectful and helpful.
Jake arrived early which was perfect. He quickly diagnosed the problem after doing a thorough check of the parts like the connector,capacitor,thermostat, and various other voltage wires. He was very professional and explanatory. Thank you.

A year ago, our 20-year-old furnace died during the winter. Dale at Emporia answered our call at 11pm and was out the next morning with his tech, Chris, to diagnose the issue. We decided it was time for a new furnace and A/C unit. Dale's system design and efficiency options were sound and reasonably priced (we had quotes from two previous local vendors six months earlier). The new system was installed the following day by Terrance and his team. They were efficient and knowledgeable. Our new furnace and A/C has run flawlessly over the past year. We've needed a few minor tweaks, each of which Emporia responded quickly to without a charge. I highly recommend Emporia for furnace and A/C repair and new system installation.

He came to inspect a leak and even though it was leaking around something that wasn’t their responsibility, he went out of his way to seal it up anyway.
