I called Aim High HVAC on New Year’s Day because our basement furnace was not heating. Within under 2 hours or so, Jacob the technician, showed up at our door. He was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Jacob got our furnace back up running quickly and then proceeded to stay at our home an extra hour to ensure the furnace continued to function properly. Despite only charging a small diagnostic rate, Jacob treated us like we were his most important job of the day. Aim High HVAC truly is an exceptional HVAC business. They’ve always gone above and beyond for our home and family, and this recent experience with Jacob was no different. Thank you yet again Aim High HVAC, you guys really are THE BEST!

2022 Update: we still have Aim High service our HVAC & we still recommend this local business. Peace of mind!! Always on time and with the extended warranty package makes the service of the heating and ac a no brainer!!
Jacob is a wonderful technician. Very professional and explains things to make sure we know how to do things on our own. I recommend him 100%.
Jacob performed the furnace cleaning and maintenance, and fixed the humidifier. Excellent, quick clean job.
Jacob was on time, kept me informed throughout the maintenance of my furnace, the cost was very reasonable and (most of all), Jacob was pleasant to deal with!
We were having temperature issues in our older home and had Aim High out to diagnose the problem. They thoroughly explained the situation and offered us several options for how to improve the comfort in our home, ranging in price for our budget. In the end, we understood we needed to upgrade some very old and failing equipment, and had two new furnaces and a new AC installed. The value was great, the crew did a wonderful job (actually left my furnace room cleaner than they found it) and our problem is SOLVED! No more space heaters in half our bedrooms. When summer comes, I’m sure we’ll be just as happy with the AC. Highly recommend! Would repeat this process in a second.
I had a high efficiency heating system installed through Aim High. They did a wonderful job. From providing a reasonable quote to a timely install, this company was professional and thorough. I will definitely be using Aim High in the future.
They were able to get us in the same day to repair a leaky pipe. Loved that we were able to schedule via text. Our tech, Gio, was fantastic. Great communication, efficient work, and very nice. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
We had used another company for the past 13 years but we were unimpressed with their ability to service our HVAC system in our new house. We gave Aim High a chance and we’ll continue to call them going forward. Dave, the tech that serviced our system, quickly solved the problem we were having, showed us how to care for a change our filter system and spent the time to help us get the remote app working for our thermostat.
Everyone is so friendly and professional. They are transparent and reasonable with all pricing. So glad I found this company to service my AC Unit and Furnace.
I have unfortunately needed HVAC services twice in the recent past. In both instances Aim High had technicians at my home in hours when others quoted days. The work the technicians (David and Tyson) performed was exactly what was needed without any hint of an up-sell or dire prognosis of costly future repairs. It was IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM-->FIX THE PROBLEM. Exactly as it should be. Last but not least, everyone at Aim High, including the person fielding my calls, was courteous, professional, and shared their perspective and expert knowledge with me. Even during my initial call, the agent asked genuinely salient questions to help provide an initial diagnosis of the issue—it wasn’t just about scheduling and moving on, but rather genuinely helping me. In a time when it can be difficult to find reputable and available contractors, Aim High exceeded my every expectation.
We have used AimHigh for our HVAC and AC for the last couple years. They were very responsive and quick to help us when our HVAC system broke and later with an entire replacement of our HVAC and AC. They come back every season to maintain our system and have felt well taken care of each and every time. All the technicians are professional and courteous. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!
Aim High HVAC is the best!!! Our tech Tyson solved our problem quickly and at a great price. We are in the middle of moving they were a bright spot in the middle of a stressful time.
Our A/C went out on the first really hot day of summer. We had another company come out and quote us a ridiculous price for a new A/C unit and furnance while pressuring us like car salesmen. Shaken, we called Aim High for a second opinion. Andy came out within the hour on a Saturday to look at our system and was so nice and helpful. On the install day, the team showed up on time and they were professional and organized. The owner, Tim, stopped by and Andy came out to show us how everything worked. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, courtesy, and quality we received. I highly recommend Aim High!
Aim High helped us out in an emergency situation when the temp was near zero and the furnace went out. We used them later for a furnace/AC replacement. They've been great. They do business the right way.

We selected Aim High HVAC to replace our old furnace and AC, everything from the initial consultation to the final installation was thoroughly explained and professional. Everyone I met including the owner was thoughtful, courteous and knowledgeable. A lot of planning and thought was put into our job and this shows in the final results. We are very happy with our new AC and furnace and I would recommend them for any heating or cooling needs!
We had a small repair and spring service completed. Technician was early. He was upfront about pricing, especially when it came to the repair required. He also gave us useful hints for running the a/c efficiently in the summer.
