Mac’s Maintenance installed a new furnace and A/C unit in our townhouse. I received 3 bids for the work. Mac’s was recommended from 2 friends and a neighbor. Mac’s was the most competitive ($1000’s less than the most expensive bid). The install took a little over a day for both units. They were on time, professional, and did quality work. They went over and above by re-routing our duct work in our basement to make more room. We’ve used other companies in the past that were more expensive and didn’t come close with the quality of work Mac’s team did. We highly recommend Mac’s Maintenance. Special shout out to Xavier who was very patience and kind helping us set up our digital thermostat and Lennox app.
I highly recommend Mac's Maintenance. Our furnace had failed and I received quotes from two larger known companies in the Denver market. A friend recommended I reach out to Mac's for a third quote and I am thrilled that I did. Cormack, the owner, comes from a place of integrity and honesty, and took care of exactly what I needed...and he saved me thousands of dollars compared to the larger companies. (not exaggerating) Cormack, and his team, did an excellent job installing my new furnace and exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work. They're very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and frankly treat you the way they want to be treated. Mac's Maintenance is a great local, family owned company. Cormack and his team were wonderful to work with. They took the time to explain the products and what my house needed vs just selling me the highest end unit. I felt like I was able to make an informed decision that would work for my home. The install process was smooth and the team was very professional and friendly. The price was reasonable and their customer service was excellent with prompt responses to my questions and they were always on time. They even called a week after install to make sure I was happy with the work. I appreciated that they are a smaller locally owned company who knows the value of putting in quality work and would highly recommended them!
I recently replaced my old furnace with new one by Mac's Maintenance LLC. Cormick and his team did great job. I am very happy with their work. They came over on time; They kept the space very clean from starting to ending of the work; They were professional and respectful, and also price was reasonable; I would use the company again in the future.

We’ve been using Mac’s for years for two different homes. Cormack and his team are always responsive and do great work. We recently replaced our furnace, AC, and water heater….plus we had our ducts cleaned and sealed. The process was easy and the home is now much cooler and efficient. They even noticed some screws in the dryer vent line (after work was done by someone else related to a basement remodel) and made the necessary changes to correct the issue and bring it up to code. Nothing but great things to say about this company.
Mac's did a great job for us. We have heat again! They were quick with a call back, got us scheduled and were very professional. Made us feel confident in the solution and work completed. We would highly recommend using them. We will again for sure!
Pros: + Scheduling with Lisa was easy and pleasant + Javier was prompt, professional and knowledgeable + Javier had great attention to detail + Javier fixed the issue and saved us a significant amount of money Cons: - Getting a technician out took a few days (left VM on Monday, scheduled an appointment on Tuesday and the actual appointment was Thursday) It may have taken a couple days to get on their schedule but it was worth it. We had another very well rated contractor come out and tell us our A/C coil was shot and needed to be replaced after only having checked the filter I showed him (and change religiously) and taking a quick glance at the coil. The technician from Mac's, Javier, came two days later and was phenomenal. He was prompt, professional and demonstrated his expertise. He listened to the whole situation, took both panels off the front of the furnace and uncovered a SECOND filter in the system that had not been changed in at least 5yrs since I was completely unaware of it. This disgusting filter in combination with the gunk I had sucked out of the drain with a shop vac before calling the professionals was the root of our issue (leaking furnace due to frozen coil). He checked the coil, the drain tub, cleaned out the drain tub and drain line, checked out the rest of the system and put us back online in about an hour. Javier was absolutely fantastic. I cannot thank him enough for his holistic approach and attention to detail. We now have an HVAC guy we can rely on.
Super knowledgeable / professional / honest / true and reliable. First company our family calls for all heating, air condition, and hot water issues, maintenance, repairs, upgrades.

Mac's Maintenace is the best!!!! I had a heater problem and they came first did a maintenance and then it went out again. Cormack (the Owner) came out himself and replaced a blower that was out. He explained what was going on, how long it would take and had my heat back on this evening. Best Service Ever!!! Will always use Mac's Maintenance!
Suddenly it turned cold last night and my furnace wouldn't work. I talked to Cormac this morning and he set up an appointment for this afternoon. Tim was on time and spent a couple of hours determining what was wrong and fixing it. Price very reasonable. Very pleased with this service and will use again if needed

The install process was smooth and the team was very professional and friendly. They let me watch and explained what they were doing during the install. I thought that was a nice touch. Lisa called to make sure I was taken care of after the install and made sure that I properly submitted for the product warranties. I'll never call anyone else! Love this company.

These guys were AMAZING! They came to my house on the same day as the call, properly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my furnace. They didn't try to up-sell me, or any funny business. Totally straight forward, and awesome to work with. We sent Tim home with some pumpkin bread (Sorry Cormack, you should have came back ;) After a horrible experience with another company (Premier Heating and Air) , Mac's Maintenance earned a customer for life! Thank you guys for keeping us warm!
