Southwest Heating installed my system 7 years ago. I have been very pleased with their twice a year maintenance plan. There has never been any real issues. The company is wonderful to work with and their service is exceptional.

On-time service. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. I signed up preventive maintenance service and filter changes every three months. I feel confident they are a good company to go with and they were recommended by my neighbor business that is next to Nail Focus here in Bowles Marketplace.
My AC unit has been out for close to 1.5 weeks now and today Aaron Kinman and his trainee came out and was able to get my unit back up and running in no time. They were both very pleasant, professional and left things as they found them. This is the second time I've used Southwest Heating and Cooling and have been pleasantly pleased both times
Aaron and Preston were fabulous! Professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Arrived on time, introduced themselves, put shoe covers on and took their time to explain everything.
Aaron & Preston were punctual, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. They explained the issue clearly to me and communicated exactly what needed to be done to my HVAC. They were awesome!
Aaron Kinman was the technician and once again, he arrived right on time. He was very fast, courteous, and professional. He and his partner Preston were excellent. The A/C is running nice and quiet on this first hot day of summer!

Fantastic service from Aaron! Gave me the the facts on what was going on with the system and the options for fixing the issues. I'm always interested in learning new things so I was appreciative of him walking through all the his findings during the service.

Upgraded from a swamp cooler to AC ,but had to replace our original 50 year old furnace. Decided to get a new hot water heater at the same time. So, kept Jesus and Rony busy the entire day. They were hard workers and a great team. From the time I called for an estimate, things moved quickly (our first meeting at home was on Friday and we scheduled the install for Tuesday). Not the least expensive quote, but everything moved smoothly and though it has only been a few hours we are happy with our decision.
The service provided was very comprehensive and well done. Mike Carpenter was very considerate about not tracking dirt into the house and really did all he could to make sure my system was already for Summer.
Michael & Tom were professional, on time, & great to work with! I would recommend them & Southwest to everyone.
Aaron with Southwest Heating and Cooling.. We scheduled an AC time-up.. got some new info on the efficiency of our current system and what to expect with it.. as well as options for the future.. very kind.. no pressure.. just informative.. punctual.. and respectful of our home.

We felt compelled to write this review of the awesome installation of our heating and AC units yesterday at our home. Our furnace quit working on Sunday and we called Southwest Heating and Cooling company at the recommendation of our neighbor who had theirs replaced several months earlier. They sent out a very knowledgeable technician who quickly diagnosed the unit and gave us a cost of what it would be to get it up and running. Since the furnace is over 20 years old, we decided to replace the heating and ac and they were here the next day to begin the process of dismantling and prep for the new units. They finished the work mid day the next day and we are extremely satisfied with our new quiet running, energy efficient, air purifying system. It has made a night and day difference with my asthma and breathing challenges. No more waking up wheezing and coughing. It has been a game changer. George and Ronnie were exceptional installers and worked consistently hard throughout the whole job. They wore booties and masks and were very conscientious. We also need to give a huge shout out to the owner Mike who worked with us in the selection process of a heating and cooling system that would best meet our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend Southwest Heating and Cooling without hesitation and will continue to use them with our future annual maintenance needs.

Michael is thorough, professional, and explains everything that needs to be done or doesn't need to be done. He's very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Mike was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had a couple of issues that he explained and corrected. We would recommend him and Southwest Heating.
Aaron was amazing. He went above and beyond to fix the issue (what was a potentially dangerous venting issue in a not so easily accessible area). Cannot say enough: prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
