Absolutely I am referring this Group of all-stars . Thanks to Micah, Casey, Jared, Jordan and Aaron. All professional and tidy. Rock Plumbing, Heating and A/C is the only choice. The whole process was seamless and their reputation is on par. The followup calls will always make a customer feel as if they are cared for.
Long-time customer and maintenance club member. Service has slipped dramatically recently. Contacted them 4 times over the course of the last 10 days trying to schedule maintenance for my AC that is included in their Maintenance Club. No return phone call, no email, no humans on the other end of the phone. Sad as they have been a trusted service provider for me for over 10 years. Hopefully this is a short-term issue, but since I am still waiting for any kind of response from them my confidence is waning fast. Update as of July 6th - I wanted to provide an update to my review from earlier this week. I did in fact get a response from them. Mimi, their Call Center Manager reached out to me to apologize for the level of service that I experienced. She was truly eager to understand how they let me down and to try and make it right. Mimi's professionalism and courtesy has renewed my faith in Rock Heating & Air Conditioning. While I was reluctant to leave them a bad review, I felt that I needed to let them know that something had gone wrong so that they could have a chance to improve. They did that with me and they worked to schedule my maintenance that I had been looking for. The service was completed impeccably as it always has been in the past. It appears that their issues were simply a hiccup and have been resolved to my satisfaction. Given how hard they worked to regain my trust and admitted their shortcomings, I feel comfortable in recommending them again.
I a member with this company on both the plumbing and HVAC sides. You can count on them. Jeremiah was great explaining things and making realistic recommendations.
Jerimiah came out to my place of business to give me an estimate on replacing 2 hose bids. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. He did a thorough job to determine exactly what my needs were so he could give me an accurate estimate. I am very please with the service I experienced today!!!
Andrew gave us the option of a new motor for the AC which is buying us time before a new AC unit needs to be bought. A different company didn’t tell us about or give us that option and quoted 9-14k for a new unit. So thank you Andrew. Also came out quickly same day!
Christian arrived on time and was very friendly, courteous and professional. He diagnosed and fixed our ac problem very quickly. I will definitely continue to use Rock!

The installation team did a great job. Very professional in all respects. The installation of my heat pump and furnace works really well.

Our AC went out just when it is starting to get hot outside and we were having trouble getting anyone to come out. We then got ahold of Rock heating and air and they were able to make it out same day. Within a couple hours we had technician, Christian Straughn at our house to save the day. After a few questions, Christian was able to figure out what was wrong. Even though he was 100% correct in what he expected to run into he still completed a full diagnostic of the entire system. Upon completion he was 100% correct in his assessment and we realized that the compressor had gone out. He was able to replace the compressor, test it to make sure that everything was up and running, and was done in no time. Christian was completely knowledgeable incredibly friendly and saved the day. I will use and refer Rock heating and cooling for any heating and cooling maintenance or repair from here on out.
Rock Heating has always been our go to. Casey and Jared were very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them both to anyone.
Rock provided same service on the first day of summer. That’s unheard of! Our tech Mitch was prompt and courteous. He took his time to explain our issue and answered all of our questions. He had our system working in no time. Thank you!

Very capable staff and professional. Mitch was really terrific and he reviewed component parts and instructions on how to maintain bhe furnace and the AC components.
Andrew N was great and got our AC back up and running quickly. He walked us through everything he was doing and gave a detailed overview of what the issue was. Will definitely be using in the future if we have any issues.

Adding on to my original review of Rock Heating, plumbing and air. We had a toilet leak that cause some minor damage to our ceiling we easily set up an appointment and had to move to accommodate an earlier arrival window and Michael was fantastic at helping to meet our schedules via both phone and text messaging. As members we opted to have them inspect all of our plumbing and Jeremiah was our technician. From the moment he started his inspection he was very knowledgeable in explaining what was good and what was needing attention. He drew up several quotes for us and gave us flexibility to plan our future repairs. He replaced two stops, a shower arm and our main water valve super quick and made sure that everything was thoroughly tested and safe before signing off. Would definitely recommend him and the whole company. Andrew was professional and informative even before he entered the house. Very polite and took every opportunity to be respectful and walk me through not only his view of the inspection and work but also to explain the details of how the hvac system should work and where mine was off. Very knowledgeable of not just the hvac system but other areas of the house as well. He got me set up with my next appointment before leaving and what to expect. The company is also very professional and may be the best at communication and expectations that I've experienced. I was able to text with a dispatcher, notified of when my tech was dispatched even a bio of the tech as to who to expect. Incredibly impressed and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
