Quality West has provided annual AC & Heating tune ups for my system for about 3 years. Matt is my technician and he is very knowledgeable, friendly and always on time. I would highly recommend Quality West.

We've lived in our home for over 30 years and have tried other HVAC businesses and these folks are, by far, the best! They always arrive on time and go above and beyond with their services. I would not consider using anyone else!
Quality West is an amazing company. There is no company I trust more. They installed an amazing mini-split system in my home which allowed me to have a/c in my house without ductwork. This is an efficient cost-effective way to cool my house--I also use it as an additional heat source in the winter. They also installed a new boiler after my old one started spewing carbon monoxide. The piping is a work of art. On a Saturday night, they came for an emergency burst pipe, working in the dark to figure out where the leaks were and how to fix them. They are always professional, prompt, courteous, and competent. They even play with my dog!

We woke up to a cold house because our furnace went out during the night - not fun! Scheduling an appointment w/ Quality West was so easy - Josh was very attentive to our concerns & got a tech out right away. Matt was very professional & efficient. He explained his repair/maintenance procedures, potential issues w/ our furnace, and answered any questions/concerns we had regarding safety & our 22 year old furnace/central air system.
I highly recommend this company. I own a very old house. My furnace was failing and I found myself needing a new one. Quality West provided me with courteous. friendly, efficient, helpful.... service. They were very knowledgeable and able to provide me with a new Ruud furnace that respected my budget and was an effective and reliable fit for my 1890 home. All this during one of the coldest spells Denver has had in awhile. Highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs. They were even patient and kind to my ginormous foster dog.
Rob and his team with Quality West did a great job installing an AC unit onto the existing furnace with not much room available. Even the city inspector was impressed by the work. Quality West came also back and re-routed the AC lines through the basement. They will not consider the project done, until the customer is completely satisfied. This is rare to find nowadays. I can highly recommend them.

Had an A/C unit installed a couple years ago and had a part go bad, not only did Quality warranty the part at no cost to myself, the service from start to finish was outstanding. Scheduled appointments were kept or communicated with best estimate new time. An extra appreciation to the Technicians that traveled from Castel Rock to Denver in the evening hours on a Friday, still honor their commitment and got the A/C up and running like a champ. (Aug05 appointment it was really hott that week). I apologize I dont remember the other tec name however Thank You! and thank you Matt! You showed alot of commitment on that first appointment to get the a/c running and my hats of to You. Thank you Quality West and the customer service staff as well. A/C is nice and cold 🥶 .
Quality West upgraded our furnace and AC recently. I was really impressed with the level of communication from the office manager and techs. I had a few questions before and after the install. Josh got back to me immediately. Rob, the owner, showed up the morning of the install to walk through the work with the installers and myself. Very organized and excellent communication. They were on time, did a great job with the install, and cleaned up. I work from home and there was minimum interruption. Overall, very pleased with the install and highly recommend them.
I'm extremely content with the experience I had with them. I expected to clean my conduits and vents. I did a few examinations and one of my partners proposed to me Quality West Boiler Services. I calculated this organization would be astonishing, yet they were superior to that. They were at our entryway only one after the call. After they were finished, they showed us the when pictures. I was dazzled.
Quality West Boiler Services their staff were excellent! The cleaning specialists & did a great and thorough job. The customer service rep was able to give me a discount & corrected errors in my billing without any issue. Generally speaking an extraordinary collaboration and work.

Rob Fling and his team are punctual, thoughtful, and have mini splits figured out. They've done installs at 2 properties for me, and nailed it each time. Don't hesitate to call them, and make sure to ask for Bob!
Alright, so maybe this is the way these guys operate. I had some air in my boiler. Call em out for an inspection and to purge it. Guy couldn't be bothered to do that. He stuck his carbon monoxide meter INSIDE the boiler unit, below the exhaust. Inside the exhaust stream. "Oh, you've got a problem." And wrote me up a quote for a major service. $4000+ Here's some of the things they quoted: Replace Zone Valve ($807.00) This is a honeywell unit that retails for $78. It's a 30 minute job if you're sweating pipes. But the unit is just a part swap. I know. I've done it. Tridicator ($245.00) This is a pressure gauge. $25 part. Screw on and off in 5 minutes. None of this passes the sniff test. Anyway, I got a second opinion. "They're being dishonest. That is not how you measure CO. They're trying to rip you off. I recommend you replace the auto-purge valve just hook up a hose and purge the system. We can do that, or if you've got a hose and some wrenches, you can do it yourself. Pretty simple, honestly."
