Best company I have ever worked for since 1981. Everyone has bad days but this company truly cares about one another, the community, and our customers. Bad moments should not define us, they should direct our energies towards doing it better.
LONG is one of the best HVAC Controls Integrators in Colorado!
These guys used to be outstanding but as of lately it’s hard to get ahold of people to order parts, they don’t call back, often the parts person is angry and unhelpful. They seem to have lost the need for customer care! I miss Jake, he was always helpful and friendly.

No matter who your account rep is in parts, equipment or service the customer service is horrible. They fail every time at providing quotes, tracking, callbacks, email responses, and just pleasant conversation's. The culture of the company must be toxic for Long associate's to treat it's customers this way. I'm sorry to say that after 10 years of providing feedback with no improvements, I strongly advise everyone who has a need to look for other options that don't involve Long.
If your employees are going to be inattentive drivers, they should at least not flash their lights and attempt to cut off those who are driving properly. The person driving this vehicle proceeded straight from a clearly marked right turn lane and then flashed his lights at me when he was clearly in the wrong. If I could post a video in addition to the still, I gladly would.

I live near this facility at Belleview and Santa Fe, and I see their trucks/vans all the time. Based on my observations, I think they train their techs to be as rude and aggressive drivers as possible. I’ve seen them do a lot of unsafe and inconsiderate things, considering they’re driving a billboard for their company. I’d recommend any company over Long based off that alone

Too many up sells not enough fixes. Find a better company especially if you are a chief engineer. These guys will stab you in the back with upper management to try and look good.
Great place to get parts. Jake and Clint great to deal with and they are very prompt getting parts ordered. Always a pleasure shopping at LONG!

Supposed to be one of the top 100 companies to work for. Proof that you can buy that rating. Service manager could not do his job, because of constant micromanaging from his boss. Timekeeping system barely works, and weekly threats of not getting paid because time is not in. (Poor timekeeping system). Job expectations differ from job description explained in interview. Overall, would not recommend wasting time with this company. If you do, hopefully you don't have to experience Jeff as your manager.
