We love working with Sterling! He is super professional and does fantastic work. He installed a heat pump system for us and did a ton of research for us to make sure that we got the best value and efficiency. Sterling has a passion for environmentally, future-proof systems, which we really appreciate. I highly recommend Ken's Heating & Cooling.
Just before that big cold spell before Christmas, I called to have my furnace cleaned and tuned. I am glad I did. There was an issue with not all cells in the combustion chamber firing up about 1 time in ten. Tristan was there on time and took his time to thoroughly clean the system. I noticed a difference immediately. I would highly recommend Ken's Heating and Cooling Services.
Ken's Heating & Cooling will be the only company we ever use for all of our HVAC needs. They repaired my old roof top heating units that I though for sure I was going to have to replace. Saved me a bunch of money. Their response time was amazing. Price was inexpensive. Work done was exceptional and quality. They will not over sell you, they will be on time and work quickly. Parts were affordable and hourly rate is the cheapest around, but you will not receive cheap quality. So happy we found Ken's Heating & Cooling!
My whole house humidifier stopped working. I called Ken's Heating and Cooling and talked to Sterling. I requested they come out that day and there able to. They fixed the issue with my humidifier and identified an issue with my furnace. The cost of the repair was very fair. I recommend Ken's Heating & Cooling Service and will be using them in the future.
Sterling installed a 50 gallon water heater. He was responsive to all our concerns and questions, pricing was fair and transparent, and he did a thorough job installing our new water heater.

I had a friend refer me to this team. Amazing customer service. I called and left a message and recieved a phone call about 15 minutes later. Totally reasonable since i assume they were working. Extremely helpful and transparent with pricing. My given situation would have been very easy to throw parts at but they FIXED my issue instead of racking up my bill. This service call was during COVID times and Sterling was very respectful and wore protective equipment. Sterling told me all the preventative things i can do to ensure my system runs at peak and as long as possible. After all this wonderful service, they dropped off a business card at my friend's place thanking them for the referral. Very hard to find excellent honest service like this. Please use Ken's and support local small business!
I have used Ken's heating and cooling for 15 years! I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Sterling has ben working on my units for years and his father Ken before him. They have installed new air-conditioning unit several years ago and my 2 furnaces. Whenever I have an issue which happens occasionally because our units are 20 years old, Stering fixes us right up! They are professional, always honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and always do to family and friends.
These guys are great! Furnace had an issue and Sterling was out within a few hours to solve the problem, at an affordable rate. Also offered some great guidance and tips about maintaining and keeping the whole HVAC system running optimal!

We had no air conditioning during this record heat. Sterling returned our call and could get to us in 2 hours. I cannot say enough to convey how lucky we were to have him show up to help us!!! He exemplifies what we would wish to find for an honest, knowledgeable, professional technician! I would not hesitate to highly recommend him. Besides the repair, he took the time to provide us a plethora of great tips and instructions about the entire system, its care and usage. He turned our anxiety about fixing or replacing a major home appliance into an enjoyable and informative visit!! We are new to the area so Sterling is a super find for our future needs here.
I have used Ken for years. They service our Church boilers and our rental properties. He and his son are FAIR, ETHICAL and they do what they say they'll do - when they say they'll do it. They have always charged a fair price for their work. I recommend them to friends and don't hesitate a minute to refer them to Real Estate Clients.

Would highly recommend! Ken and his son are both very friendly, professional, honest and do a great job. We called them for a quote on a new furnace and air conditioning and they were able to give us a great price which was considerably less than competition. They completed the work within a week. It is great to know that there are still honest, hard-working business men out there to help with heating/cooling needs.
