Amazing service, this is 100% the company to use! Our AC went out the afternoon before a holiday, amidst some hot summer days. We called to get an appt, and Kevin called back and was actually able to squeeze us in for a repair that evening! We had expected to be out of AC for at least a few days because of the timing with the holiday, but we were so excited to have them come out so quickly. Eric did the diagnostic and repair, and we had AC back up that evening, which was such a relief. We're super happy with the customer service, work, and fair pricing, and will definitely be using Elkhorn again. Definitely recommend!
Jake was thorough and patient and extremely patient with my pups. He did a great job explaining his process and had everything looking brand new in no time. The fact that they fit me in so soon was also very beneficial. Jake was punctual and kept me updated on his process.
Elkhorn is the absolute best! My AC went out when I was overseas. They came out the same day to fix it and worked with me to overcome obstacles since I was out of the country. Highly recommend them!
Very happy with Matt on the yearly maintenance of my tankless Rinnai. He seemed to be very proficient and knowledgeable in what he was doing.

Very kind respectful crew came in and did a great install! Replaced old Furnace and AC with a new Heat Pump. Everything from start to finish was great, all the way around from sales to financing to install. The crews explained everything very well and we're clear on what needs to be finished.
The installers put in a heat pump and a tankless water heater. The inspector said it passed with flying colors! It was a complicated job with lots of problem solving needed to do the duct work in my 1955 house. It did take longer than expected. My suggestion would be for the managers of the company to better communicate with the installers and the customers about scheduling as there were some mix ups that caused delays.
Gary came out and estimated job, explained all that was to be done and we signed an agreement that day, four days later the crew was out to install new furnace. I could not believe how many guys showed up, but all knew their jobs and wasted no time getting started. They did a quality install, and even the inspector commented that he always saw craftmanship from Elkhorn. They are expensive, but quality is worth paying a premium for. Great job Elkhorn, will highly recommend.
We originally called because our furnace seemed excessively noisy. Like being in a wind tunnel noisy. We were sold on over $8,000 worth of work including new ductwork. Now our furnace is louder than it was before and there is an added bonus of loud banging duct work. The office has been unresponsive. I had to call three times just to get someone take a look. He spent an hour here and still the problem persists. I’m writing this review at 4 in the morning because the furnace just kicked on with a bang and woke me as I was soundly sleeping.
Elkhorn has an amazing team! Their salesperson really went above and beyond to help me pick the best option and was able to beat the competition. The install team was super professional, thorough, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!
The staff at Elkhorn is professional and friendly. They can do it all and have. We purchased a new HVAC system from them and the install went seamlessly, since then we have had them out for other projects installing a new electrical panel, a new gas line & new electrical when we remodeled our kitchen, new electrical outlets in our garage. We have them out twice a year to service the HVAC system. The service technicians are knowledgeable and explain what they are doing. I highly recommend Elkhorn for all of your HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs!
There overall service was top notch ! Great deal for the mini split unit that was installed.
