I am thrilled to leave this review. Bob literally just fixed my garage freezer over the phone. I would have lost hundreds in wasted food and paid for someone to come out and fix it, but I was able to get it all sorted with him walking me through it. Patiently I might add as I'm running around the house frantically. What amazing customer service! I am almost crying in gratitude. Thanks Bob. :)
What they said would cost about 900.00 Got it done for $444.00. The gentleman was not very pleased that I canceled.
Bob and his wife Barb do a good job. Does know what he is talking about for HVAC. If you want an honest appraisal of what's going on with your furnace, call these guys first. The 150$ trip charge was worth it to us.
Bob arrived almost exactly when he estimated, figured out the problem on the air conditioner quickly, and offered some good advice. We would definitely use his services again.
Water heater was leaking and called Bob based on 5 star rating; He certainly is a 5 star plus. He was honest,efficient,timely and very knowledgeable and his work was excellent. I would recommend his services to anyone. Thank you Bob for a job well done!
My experience was excellent. Bob was knowledgeable and walked me through what was happening with my existing furnace. A part that burned out was going to cost half the price of a new furnace, so I went with a new furnace. It runs great, it's super quiet, and warms the house wonderfully. Bob installed it the same day and even came back on a Saturday to finish a little duct work. I had a really great experience and would recommend B&B to anyone. Bob is trustworthy, very pleasant, respectful of your house, and has years of experience.

I needed to have my furnace serviced and called b & b appliance. I was in need someone to come out right away. They squeeze me in your schedule the very next day. Bob was great. he knew exactly what was wrong with the furnace and service in no time. I would recommend b&b appliance to any of my friends
Bob was extremely knowledgeable. He showed up on time and fixed my dryer without any problems. I will always use B and B.
From my wife: “I love this man, he knew what he was doing, he took the time to accurately assess the issues and after working for a week + with two other companies (that offered nothing but haphazard diagnostics) Bob was able to take his time and get to the root of the problem. He went out after hours in subzero temps to secure the parts we needed to service our furnace while also telling us that even though we have some age on our furnace, “this was a thing of beauty that they don’t make anymore.’ The two other companies recommended a replacement without ever figuring out what the actual issue was. We plan to use Bob again for regular and/or yearly maintenance. I think people in other reviews misunderstand his direct and confident outer layer. I viewed it as Bob being high integrity and an expert in his field with decades of experience. Spend your money with Bob with confidence.

I have know Bob & Barb from B&B appliance for more than 20 years. I have seen first hand how they do business. They have replaced my furnace and hot water heater. They have an old school mentality about business. Pride , honesty and with integrity, the way business should be done. If anyone is looking for this type of service I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Bob replaced the furnace and A/C in our old house and just completed the replacement of the furnace and A/C in the house we recently purchased. Bob is what I consider an old craftsman who does not cut corners. The system in the house we just purchased was not sized properly and the A/C was never correctly hooked up. Niether issue was noticed by the home inspector we had. If you want system installed properly I would highly recommend Bob and Barb.

Bob has been our guy for years. He has been called out on every heater and A/C system we have owned, including now our kids heating and A/C. I know one time one condo we had had to wait for the A/C to be checked after it was installed. Beings I had A/C experience myself I understood. Yes, you can set it up in the winter, but all you can go on is pressure guidelines and temperature will not come out accurate. Just a common sense call, that's the difference with Bob, experience.
My wife and I have had Bob out to check on our furnace twice. The first time he put in a new ignition switch but told us at the time that our furnace was on it's last leg. Turns out he was right. 3 months later it stopped working and we called him to take a look. This time it was the controller board. We decided it was time for a new furnace. After getting references from him and checking out the ratings on the furnace he wanted to install we called him back to set up a time. He was Johnny on the spot and called the night before to confirm the appointment. He installed the furnace in about 5 hours, cleaned up after himself and offered more advice on which filters to buy and how to use the furnace fan to circulate the air. Overall, we could not have asked for a more professional and reliable person. We would heartily recommend him for repairs and maintenance, as well as installations.
The customer service, knowledge, honesty, integrity, professionalism and timeliness from Bob and Barb, owners of B & B Appliance & Refrigeration is top-notch! Bob has performed the annual tune-ups to our furnace and air conditioner systems for the past 4 1/2 years as well as installed a new air condition compressor and new furnace and we could not be happier with the the work he has performed. He is a perfectionist in the work he does and he educates you in the work he is doing and why it is important.
When an appliance goes out around the holidays, it's for sure added stress...but the confidence Bob gave me of getting us back under way, was great! Bob went above and beyond to make sure my ice machine got back to doing it's job. It's such a refreshing experience, when a true professional comes to my door ready to serve. I will certainly call Bob again when something goes wrong. Thank you very much B&B!!
B & B Appliance provided excellent service when my water heater kicked the bucket. They removed it and replaced it with a quality heater that is perfect for my size home and budget. My water is hotter than ever! I will definitely call them again when it's time for a new furnace.
