John did a phenomenal job on cleaning my system and explaining maintenance of it. He took care of the drain line- blasted it out with pressurized gas and even added a little pipe so I could see it. My AC works flawlessly. (he also installed the unit a few years ago) Ice cold - living the life. Thank you sir!
The service I've received from this organisation has beyond my expectations. My heating and air conditioning systems were both reasonably priced thanks to them, and the installers were prompt and courteous. Without a doubt, I'll use them once more!

I received excellent, courteous, and professional service for my AC that was not working. From the very first call to report the issue, to the staff that added me to the schedule as a work in, everyone was kind and professional. Bud performed my service quickly and identified and corrected the issue promptly. I purchased my unit from Your Local Friendly Heating & Cooling Guy years ago and they are the only ones that have serviced it regularly. I will purchase my next unit from them as well.
Scam company. Installed junk and never returned. Stay away from this place.
I called Your Local Friendly Heating & Cooling Guy for an issue I was having with water flow in the house and outside faucets. The tech called me back the same day, practically right away, and after talking things through he helped diagnose the likely problem over the phone. He showed up shortly there after and promptly replaced an old shutoff gate valve that had corroded and had a bunch of rocks stuck in it from construction done last fall. I was very impressed w/ the responsiveness and caring professionalism of the tech and the person who first answered my call. I highly recommend it!
Top notch performance! John arrived on time and respected my home by putting covers over his shoes so as not to mess my house. He diagnosed my AC issue as a broken capacitor. He explained to me that the fan motor was spinning but spin up was slow. So while it looked like the AC was working it was not. He fixed it and also did a pressure test to make 100% sure there was not a leak. He was quick to answer all my questions and concerns. And he was very kind. He did a great job!!
I called Your Local Friendly Heating & Cooling Guy first thing in the morning with a blower motor problem and their technician arrived at my house almost immediately. He was prompt,professional, polite, thorough and very knowledgeable. He replaced the motor and cleaned the unit.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Hired this company to install new HVAC system in house. The quote was 2nd most expensive but the work completed was outstanding. Everything was fair, professional, quick and transparent...exactly what I'm looking for in a service provider! Highly recommended!

We have used Your Local Friendly Heating for all our furnace and cooling products. On this last service by David he did call prior to arriving to give us an idea when he would arrive.
