Protical Heating, Cooling & Ventilation has been servicing my home for well over 4 years. They are always very professional and have given excellent customer service and maintenance. I would always recommend them.
Had our first maintenance visit today and all I can say is that Kevin is the man! He really explained in detail what the state of our HVAC system is in and of course any recommendations to prolong its life. The best part of his explanation was that he spoke in a way for me to understand instead of just using the discipline's lingo. We will continue to hire Protical Heating, Cooling & Ventilation for any of our future HVAC needs.

From the initial estimate to the installation crew, the company exceeded expectations by a mile. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend it.

Am very glad that my water heater problem was easily fixed.The technician who came out was able to diagnose and fix the issue very quickly. I was expecting to replace the water heater all together but he saved me the trouble.I was very impressed and would definitely use them again.

We found Protical Heating, Cooling & Ventilation to be a reliable company, showing up when they said they would and doing what they said they would do. We were especially impressed that they would send a photo of the workman before he arrives! They did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend!!
