I've been using this company's services for over a year, and I'm happy with the calibre of their work. Our heating and air conditioning systems are thoroughly inspected by their professionals, who are always on time. They have also provided us with guidance on how to keep our systems running smoothly.
I called Greenville Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning on Monday for an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when I was told they can come that same day. Received a call from a tech who arrived shortly after and serviced the entire unit and was gone in about an hour. good service, good people, good price. 5 stars all the way.
Benny was prompt, friendly (he even wiped his feet and offered to take off his shoes), and talked to me with the utmost respect even though I clearly hadn't a clue what was going on. He fixed our problem and didn't try to up-charge with add-ons we didn't need. I wanted to hug him, but I thought better of it since I was in a house with no A/C for two days. I wish I had more stars to give.
My Heating and Cooling system was installed by Greenville Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning. It is a great job they did for my house. They explained to me in detail what they do and made me understand everything. They are very courteous professional people .

When it came time to finally replace it, their recommendations were exactly what I needed. This is an honest and professional company. Pricing was more than fair too. On Tuesday I had a service performed for fall furnace maintenance. The technician was Benny and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, and he explained in detail what was needed to replace and why it was required. He was friendly, professional and I would recommend him again to do service on my furnace. I rate him 10 for a total score.
I have an HVAC background but am too old to troubleshoot my system. I do know which technicians are slackers or excellent. The mechanic that came was an excellent HVAC man. He found my problem, which was intricate, and explained to me also showing me the problem area. I had tech from another company here doing an inspection one month ago that I gave a scathing review to. Obviously that was warranted.
I hired Greenville Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning to install a new furnace and AC. They went above and beyond in helping reconfigure the HVAC space, recipe gas lines and dryer vents and move my washer and dryer. The team was punctual, expert and very nice people. A special nod goes to those onsite for every visit and went the extra mile to see I was satisfied. These guys are knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. They have my business going forward.

Benny arrived early for the appointment. He was very polite, courteous and personable.he kept me updated as he thoroughly checked out our furnace and he answered all of our questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
Wonderful company! They have replaced my old AC with a brand new unit. I was impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. I recommend them to any body without any hesitation. I value their honesty and integrity.
Greenville Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning did an awesome job removing our old system and then installing the new one. They were punctual and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We couldn’t be happier with this new system and after only 1 day we see a huge difference in the upstairs of the house. Their technicians were awesome, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They answered all my questions and didn't even mind me being around while they were doing on my furnace. I strongly recommend!!
Benny came out and gave me a competitive quote on Friday for a new AC unit and explained to me that I just needed the base unit, not the more expensive that just has a different case. He also explained the different financing options available. The installers came out Monday morning and 4 hours later, I got a brand new working AC. Greenville Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning is the best!
An easy and painless experience! Benny did an excellent job explaining the work that needed to be done. He kept me appraised of the project's progress and did a great job going over all completed work. The other install technicians worked well with each other and seemed to be on task during their entire time and around my house. I will definitely use Greenville Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning for future heating and cooling needs.
