I love this company. We had problems with our furnace for 20 years. I got a price from another company, and it felt like a high-pressure sales tactic, so I called Top Shelf. They replaced my furnace and air conditioner for a reasonable rate. They came out quickly, and once I gave the approval, they replaced both units in one day. The other guys were going to be 2-3 days, and their price was significantly higher.

They cane out to do a A/C tune up. Told me they could not touch it because it was old. Gave me a whole run arpund about the Furnace being to big. The A/C went out 2 weeks later. It was a burnt fuse, which I feel like they would have seen hd they done what I paid for then to come out to do.
I recently used a plumbing company that you see advertised a lot on television and paid a very high cost. They had to come back for leaks they caused and charged me another $500 to fix it. Top Shelf had much more responsible costs and did it right the first time on a much bigger project.

I worked with Darrell at Top Shelf. He did a great job installing several new outlets, wiring, and two junction boxes. He walked me through everything that had to be done beforehand and got the job done correctly. Then he walked me through the completed work. Overall, he was professional, efficient, and completed high quality work. Couldn’t be happier.
Can't say enough good things about Jeremi from Top Shelf. I've called him a few times now and will surely call him again. He is honest, thorough, and has excellent communication. He will explain the process and tell you exactly what you need and more importantly, WHY. He will answer all questions. You will get a heads up when he is on his way. He will try to get you the best price possible. Look for the company's ads in the home improvement magazines that come in the mail every few months because they often run very affordable specials, and since they do electric, heating and plumbing, they are a one and done deal for many issues in home repair and maintenance.

Tankless hot water heater vent was damaged in a recent hail storm. Technician did nothing to repair / replace the vent, which I just order from Supply House for $80. He did, however, try to talk me into buying a new HVAC system for up to $15k and was sure to point things with my existing system that have been there for numerous years. System runs fine BTW and looking at my HVAC system wasn’t why I called. My tankless was why I called as it was throwing an error code 10, which means there’s an airflow blockage. Likely, when the hail shattered the vent, pieces of the plastic were sucked into the unit causing the blockage. Anyway, first and last time calling this company for anything.
It was supposed to be an ac tuneup- but after seeing that it was an ‘old’ unit he did nothing. Didn’t clean the coils or fins on the AC nothing but try to sell my on a $12,000 unit
