This year we completely replaced our full HVAC system and added an air purifier and humidifier. While we are happy with the product, they had to cut out a hole in the ceiling in our basement to run new wiring and then left without fixing the hole. After numerous phone calls and voicemails asking them to come back and repair the hole, we have had no luck and no one ever returns our calls about this issue. Given the amount we spent on the new system, it’s very frustrating to have this level of customer service on the tail end of such a big expense.
Very happy. They were able to prevent some potential issues on my AC unit. Charles got them addressed and now I have peace of mind that my AC will be working properly for the rest of the summer. 👍
I used Premier to install a new furnace but once the job is done, they will not respond or resolve the issues that came up during the install. This was 2 months ago and it has been extremely difficult to even get someone out to check/clean the equipment. I have serious doubts about the quality of the installation and they haven’t done anything about it.

Heat was out on Sunday morning. Call and also used text messaging. A technician named K call me back he worked through the necessary filter replacement over the phone and got the heat working. He was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

We had another company out 3X to fix central air with no success. Isaac did system check and just found a dirty fan which he cleaned. System runs great now! Best $89 I have spent this year. I am impressed with Premier’s honesty and integrity.

Next, I must mention the remarkable installation experience provided by Luis, the HVAC install tech. The very mention of the installation process of such a complex system often brings up images of mess, chaos, and inconvenience. However, Luis shattered these stereotypes with his remarkable efficiency and attention to detail. His professionalism was palpable in every step of the way - from the initial setup, the smooth installation, to the detailed walkthrough post-installation. His dedication to perfection ensured that the installation process was as unobtrusive and efficient as possible. I had a furnace and A/C system installed by Premier in Late February. The A/C electrical was not hooked up, and the electrical wire was left off the unit. I found out when the AC did not work on the first hot day of the year. I called to have it fixed. They scheduled me for a few days later with the tech that installed the system, not an electrician. They had no idea that the installation was not complete. I figured out the condenser wire was disconnected before the visit so I called to warn them to send an electrician, not an HVAC tech. I took a day off work and waited at the house for 1/2 a day during their window and no one showed. When I called I was informed they had canceled the appointment and had failed to tell me. We rescheduled for the next week. An electrician from 5280 Electrical came out and replaced the disconnect that was part of the original estimate but was never done. The Electrician failed to notice the circuit breaker in the panel was a 30 amp and the max for the unit was a 20 amp. I per the contract had to call to get the final city of Aurora permit. They came out and we failed the inspection for the oversized circuit breaker and also failed the mechanical permit because the condenser was not properly attached. I called to get a correction and was told I had to email it in. I did and never received a confirmation the email was received. I called and talked to the office several times they insist that it was received and is waiting to get scheduled. It has been 3+ weeks and still no scheduled time to repair, and not so much as a phone call.! I was selling the house and had to have the work completed by closing per the contract to sell. I ended up doing the work myself at my own cost so as to not be in breach of my contract. The company is good at taking your money up front, but if you need any aftercare good luck! I would stay away from them for HVAC repairs.
Patrick was on time, professional, COVID- safe and completed a detailed and thorough inspection of my furnace, including taking pictures to back up his recommendations. He also followed up with the company during the visit to give me detailed options and next steps. I highly recommend this company and specifically recommend Patrick. What a good experience! Charlie came for my fall and summer maintenance. He was on time, friendly and explained everything he was doing. Great visit!
My Mom moved here from Alaska last year, and a heating and cooling issue came up in her new home. There were a couple rooms in her home that were not getting heated in the Winter, and not getting cooled in the Summer. I referred her to Premier Heating and Air. We asked Premier to come assess what was going on and help fix the issue. Their recommendation was to replace the heater and AC. The technicians were confident that with an updated system, heat and AC would flow to the areas of the home in which she was having issues. The existing AC and heater were old, so although that wasn't the recommendation we were hoping for, we agreed to get it done. Well, the new system did not fix the problem. After informing Premier that the new system did not resolve the issue, my Mom was promised that another crew/technician would come out and run some tests and investigate further what the problem was. One of the tests they would run was a static pressure test. A technician came out, but he wasn't prepared to conduct a static pressure test, nor did he even seem to know that was the main reason he was there. Without running the actual test Premier said they would run, his recommendation was to have a company that does duct work come diagnose why the heat isn’t carrying through the system. No real answers, no static pressure test, just find someone else to figure it out. At some point during this process, someone actually offered my Mom a space heater as a resolution. I thought they were joking. Considering how much we paid for the system, how much it costs to run a space heater, and the fact that it would only put a bandaid on the actual problem (only during the winter), that wasn’t an acceptable solution. As an existing customer, Premier also offered me a $500 Amazon Gift Card for referring my Mom to them. They told us it would take a few weeks for the Gift Card to hit my email account. This company is always so thoughtful, they work with integrity, and they do a great job.
Technician told my wife that all was good aside from the fact that evaporative coils in furnace need cleaning. So I was surprised to see that most items on the 21 point inspection were “yellow” - meaning needs to be repaired or replaced soon. This also contradicts last year’s inspection results. Also, on the 21 point inspection, I didn’t appreciate how the technician signed for the customer attesting that we approve of the inspection.
The service mechanic was on time and performed the required inspection. He was knowledgeable and very courteous. We look forward to future inspections.

Alejandro was very helpful and friendly. He explained what was wrong with pictures and video and gave us options for the pricing depending on how in-depth we wanted him to repair and maintain our HVAC system that we had installed by a less than professional company. He completed the work in a timely manner and even took our old dusty air filter with him. We will definitely be using them again.
Technician was on time and thorough. Problems with the unit were shown to me and explained. Good service call. We'll follow up with mid-range repairs.
