Always friendly and affordable with top quality work!
My AC would run cool air for 2-3 hours and later no cool air. I called Joe on Saturday evening and he was at my house the next day at 7:30 AM to check out my AC problem. He checked Freon levels and leaks, both were good. After further check, he installed a condenser capacitor and a hard start to boost the compressor. He explained all the steps as he was working! Joe got my A/C up and running cool air again doing the excessive heat this week. (September 2022)
The experience I had was a good one. I got my furnace repaired and it is working fine at this point. The technician Joe was very friendly. Even though it taken a few days, it was repaired.
They came the same day which was wonderful and they did the job for a super good price love it I have heat again yay

Said he would do some work for me, set an appointment, then he didn't show. After a second no-show (which he didn't have the courtesy to let me know he wouldn't make it beforehand), he didn't even message me afterwards or make an attempt to re-schedule.
I have been a single home owner for five years now. I purchased a home that was built in 1947 and it hadn't seen a single update since. I had only one wall heater and plenty of windows with weathered frames to manage my heating and cooling. I was lucky enough to be referred to Quality Air Heating and Cooling. Joseph was so down to earth and kind that I was extremely comfortable from square one! He is extremely honest, well priced, and performs top-notch work. Even when I thought that I wanted to explore more expensive options he took the time to make sure that I really understood what I truly needed and didn't try to oversell me. Who does that these days?!? The work: he removed my old wall heater, installed my AC unit, ran all piping, installed a new thermostat as well as built in the vents for each room. Joe and his team worked hard from beginning to end and was extremely professional the entire time. His work was excellent and details were taken care of without any hesitation. Everything installed to code. He even painted the conduit outside to match the shade of my house!!! Please, look no further. For any AC or heating needs, do yourself a favor and just call him. I have already referred him to friends, coworkers and other family members. He is truly the best. My dad as well as a friend also used him and are totally happy too. Just saying.
