A perfect test of service beyond the sale.. In less than 4 hours the problem was solved and I am delighted.. These folks are great and appreciate having experts that not only are competitive on the initial install but back up their reputation with excellent service..

Fantastic service....
I thought I knew what was wrong with my heater, and I was expecting the worst! The tech showed up and immediately diagnosed the problem as much more simpler and a lot cheaper! Within an hour he was done and the house was warm.
Our indoor air quality seems to cause the damp and sticky feeling we’ve been feeling recently because after the company’s clean-up it feels so much better now.. Thank you!
the company is a very punctual company. They explained to me the problem and what they needed to do. It was under warranty. The workers did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

I called K & L HVAC & Construction for our yearly AC maintenance.. I mentioned to the technician that the unit appeared to be making too much noise.. He could have ignored me because it was probably subjective to some degree.. Instead he came back with scientific instruments and proved that I was right and the company proceeded to change the compressor at no cost to me.. That is superior customer service..
