These guys work above and beyond and are the most polite I’ve ever encountered. The entire installation was excellent. They made a plan for running new electrical, patched up every piece of drywall, tested the equipment, and cleaned up like professionals after they were done. Thank you so much Julio, Mike, Jonathan, and Michael!!!
Leo was excellent. Kind, courteous & knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, filmed it all & my HVAC is working like a champ again. I highly recommend 74 Degrees and Leo!
My husband and I decided it was time to install AC in the house. I contacted several AC companies to begin the estimate process. 74 Degrees was the very first to come out. Julio was so professional and knowledgeable of what we needed. He listened to our concerns and took the time to answer each and every question we had. Julio provided recommendations and an estimate before leaving. We moved quickly on getting estimates from other companies to make an informed decision. After meeting with four companies, we kept going back to 74 Degrees and Julio with his professionalism, knowledge and follow up. Done, 74 Degrees it was!!! No regrets whatsoever. We had such a great experience with 74 Degrees. Julio and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time, immediately started working and in two days as promised new Heater and AC was installed. Julio and his team did not leave until everything was checked out, working properly and work area was clean. I highly recommend this Company and their excellent service!

Fantastic service by Leonardo. He was on time and extremely professional. We really appreciated the videos he took to show the serious problem in the attic with our air conditioning unit. He walked us through what needed to be fixed so that we could make an informed decision with a precise estimate for costs.
They were really pleansant with our tenants and work with us to schedule service right away with the tenats. We will continue to use there services at our Apartments.
Excellent service. Great team worked my project of replacing my heating and air conditioning system. The crew of five people arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and efficient and completed the removal and instillation in one day.

The technician was on time and looked professional. He explained the work needed and why it was important and took the time to make sure I understood what he was going to do. The technician repaired our AC, checked the settings and looked over the entire system. I have used their services before for regular maintenance and would highly recommend them.

Thank you 74 Degree for properly diagnosing the non-functioning heat pump issue as a wiring short and repairing/rewiring it. Issue... heat setting would blow cold air. Initially diagnosed as a malfunctioning reverse pump by installing HVAC Co. which would have required a warranty part, not cheap, and $1300 of customer pay labor by me. 74 Degree repaired in 1.5 hours for less than 20% of the initial labor estimate! Thank you 74!
They were very efficient and quick. They installed my central heather and air conditioning 4 years ago and even now they’re as professional as ever. Knew exactly what to do and responded to our emergency call quickly.

Unfortunately, our central heat wasn’t working properly (we had uneven airflow with some rooms getting blasted with heat and others hardly warming up). With a newborn and family out of town visiting, we needed to get the heat working properly ASAP. After scoping out several companies, we decided to go with 74 Degrees. They were on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The estimate was also significantly cheaper than other companies for the same exact service. They even came back for a follow up visit to ensure the flow was just right. I highly recommend 74 Degrees for your HVAC needs!

I received a promotion screenshot from my sister for $74. I did not think about much but after getting their service, it all clicked to me. 74 did not only represent the comfort temperature everyone’s home should be at, but it also represented quality of service and professionalism. Tech Leo was just phenomenal on helping us get our AC and google nest thermostat working again. Turns out, previous technician had wired the thermostat with a jumper cable instead of using the blue common wire. Leo quickly got to the root problem and quickly fixed it. He then basically refurbished our outdoor unit and is now clean as whistle. Great work Leo. Give that man a raise. Check out the pictures.
Everybody I spoke with is extremely kind and accommodating! My unit has not been cleaned in a very long time and Leonardo was very thorough with cleaning it. It was a very messy, and dirty system before, and he transformed it making it look young and fresh again. I swear my air is coming out stronger and better than before! I will definitely be coming back for your services!
