I made a cold call from Google looking to have an AC system installed at my house. Made an appointment with the technician to come by. Technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Gave me the facts on the install and I gave him a deposit. The install was done with attention to detail and the installers were proud of their work. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I feel very lucky to have made the call.
Cyrus helped me fix my AC unit when it randomly died out this was all at around 930 at night and he happily came and helped and fixed my unit
They came over and fixed PERMANENTLY the loud noise it was making, I had other companies fix before but the problem stayed. If ever I have a problem I'll come back. 10/10

My a/c stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. I remember hearing about this service from one of my friends so I gave them a call. A worker came super quick and fixed my A/C even quicker. Amazing service, my A/C was good as new.

Professional, competent, well informed and provided several options for consideration. One of the things I liked the most about working with Air Tech, was the lead for the project was transparent. Sound technical advice with no pressure to buy a system or features we did not need.
Our furnace was not working properly. We called Air Tech 24, they scheduled the service fair quickly. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable on furnace related issues. They did an inspection and replaced the exhaust cap and now the machine is running without problem. I’ll definitely use the service again in the future!
Our 16 year old furnace was not firing properly, and we called for service and were able to obtain a service appointment quickly. The service technicians pinpointed the issues (improper installation by another HVAC service provider), had the equipment for the repair, and got the system working efficiently again. We had air filter replacements on hand, so they could make the replacement (which we do annually) at that time. I will have them make annual inspections from here on out. We will likely need a new system in a year or so.
Honest advice and responsive. We had our furnace, compressor, and ductwork completely replaced and our new climate control system works fantastic now. Very satisfied with their work.

The company that had installed my air conditioning unit 3 years ago had done an inadequate job at balancing air flow and properly sealing the added ducts. Half my house would be properly cooled or heated while the other half was not. I contacted Air tech 24 HVAC and Cyrus came out to inspect and give me an estimate. Within two days the actual crew was at my house and proceeded to replace six 40 year old ducts and the distribution unit while ensuring that all major ducts had adjustable airflow registers. They accomplished the work well within the estimated time in a very efficient and clean approach. The lead tech, Armando, was outstanding to work with and in communicating issues and progress. At the completion of the task, he walked me through the adjustment options and worked with me to ensure I was fully satisfied with the air flow to all parts of the house. His cleanup after the task completion was amazing. I strongly recommend this company and especially Armando and Cyrus.
I'm happy I found this great team of professionals I called one late hot weekend night when my AC stopped working and although they couldn't come that night they came the following Monday afternoon promptly quickly diagnosed the problem got the parts and fixed the AC in less than a week!! Amazing! i had called other places who didn't have openings for a diagnosis for at least a week. G-d bless this team!
