I have used their services twice, and they go above and beyond to make sure that all is working perfectly. Based upon Anthony, who has serviced my AC both times, and is a really knowledgeable technician and great person, I highly recommend HVAC Alliance.
They sent me spam texts to market their services - 2 duplicate texts to my same work number within 5 minutes. When I called to let them know I didn't appreciate their solicitations, I was hung up on by 2 different company representatives!
Tremendous experience. Technician was on time, knowledgable, personable, took his time and made sure the job was done to perfection. He wasn’t in a rush to get to another job and he treated the Nest thermostat install as if he was installing it in his own home. Great experience. Five stars plus!

I had wall heater problems. The technician Sevan came as scheduled and replaced the power generator. He fixed the problem. I wished he put down how much for the parts and labor on the invoice instead of total amount.
Anthony provided a quick and informative service for when the heating unit was not working.

I don’t even know where to begin. I have lost 5 days of my life so far waiting for appointments that didn’t show up. The unit was not installed properly and has been issue after issue. I call and am just put on hold with no call back. I am so frustrated and held hostage by the warranty and it’s just vapid sorries with no follow up. This has been an absolutely miserable experience and I cannot regret using this company enough.
Good to know there's still honest contractors out there. Came out same day and had my air conditioning working like new. Filled freon and were very professional. Very easy to work with.
