Julian was 5 stars! We called with a leak in our kitchen from the AC and within the hour Julian was out assessing and getting us scheduled. He really knows what he’s doing and made the entire experience less stressful. Thank you Julian!
I’m so happy I went with Cloud comfort hvac. Julian was polite and professional and cleaned my ac and heater — and even hosed off my back fence before he left. I appreciated the good service at the low price and Julian especially was very kind.
Response to my request for service was quick and cheerful. Technician Tony Higuera was a real pro -- his communication was clear and he took a lot of care in his work. And he's a nice guy. I'll definitely use this company again.

I would highly recommend Cloud Comfort I called them because we woke up to our system not working. They got someone out here and the tech was nothing short of perfect service. He explained everything in detail and had our system up an running in no time.
I am a very happy customer! They did the installation in the time they said they would for the exact price of the estimate. The crew was super efficient and left no mess anywhere. My system works great and all electric is a good match for our solar system. A conventional system with natural gas would run another ten thousand dollars to install and then those scary, ugly gas bills!
We bought two air-conditioning units and had them installed by this company. They were absolutely outstanding. I've had air conditioners installed in other homes and this experience far surpassed that one which I also that was very good. Highly recommend. My extended family has worked with them as well and they've also had a great experience. Went above and beyond, super professional, and thoughtful about the design.

We recently had a great experience using Cloud Comfort HVAC, and in particular with the tech they sent out: Tony. Everything was quick and easy to schedule and the technician was on time. Something I appreciated about Cloud Comfort and Tony was the level of communication even before he arrived. They called to let me to let me know a more precise window of arrival and updated me when he was able to come sooner. The work Tony did was fast and efficient and he was extremely courteous and respectful of our home. I couldn’t be more happy with the service he provided and it’s a large part why Cloud Comfort is now top of mind for anything HVAC related.
Cord the project manager was amazing. He is very knowledgeable of all systems. He can answer any and all questions or get answers quickly. His personality and his communication skills are top notch. I highly recommend this company and putting them in your estimate search. You will not be disappointed.

I was given and appointment as well as updates! My technician Skylar was spectacular! Very professional and clean! He was fast and readily knew how to troubleshoot and repair the issue! Cloud Comfort installed a new furnace last winter for us and improved the overall flow and efficiency of our system. We also signed up for a yearly maintenance plan that's very affordable to ensure we don't have any seasonal breakdowns. The technicians are thorough, knowledgable, and friendly.
Tony was exceptional expert. He saved me lot of money with a professional repair job on my 26 years old Lennox furnace.
Tony Higuera arrive on time, put booties on to protect our floors, and couldn't have done a better job diagnosing and explaining the issues with our furnace. I appreciate his technical explanation in a manner that not only showed he knew what he is doing but so that I could understand. I would absolutely recommend Cloud Comfort and only hope it's Tony who shows up again if we need another repair.

Tony was the technician who helped me understand the problem and gave me a very detailed description of the issue. I was very comfortable while he was here. Way better than Nexen. Thanks a lot Tony. HVAC will be my next place from now on when it comes to AC.
