Great service! Isac and his team performed a major system replacement on our 20 year old Viking refrigerator. They were extremely careful and clean during the whole job. They cleaned everything behind the built-in fridge (walls, floor, cabinetry, etc.). The quality of their work was excellent. Isac made sure that we fully understood the risks associated with the repair before any work was authorized and again before began. He was looking out for us. In the end, the major repair, fixed the problem. The cost was about 1/3 of the cost of a new Viking refrigerator but should last another 20 years since only Viking original parts were used and workmanship was top notch. Isac is honest and conscientious, he will answer any question you might have in mind.

We have trusted Carters Services for decades. Today our technician Alex was extremely helpful with our washing machine. He repaired it and maintained it all under one hour. They charge a $98 service fee just to show up then labor on top of that and it was well worth it.

Carter Services continues to provide highly competent technicians who are very helpful in explaining the issue and the alternatives. Rather than run up an expensive repair, they recommended replacing the appliance at a lower cost. This sort of honesty supports why I continue to use them for repairs.
He helped w dishwasher problem w Bosch product and did preventative maintenance of sun zero refrig . This guy Stan was fabulous . I’m going to use Carter’s in the future. . No nonsense . Professional
Great experience for what could have been a painful repair. Jerry is the man. Was very professional and fast with fixing my oven. Showed up on time and had everything working in no time at all.
Thermador couldn’t come out and Carter services was a trusted company. I was able to have them come out under warranty to look at my range which was having a cooling fan issue. They were easy to schedule with, quick to make the repairs, and texted me when they were on their way. I also used them to assess an electrical situation for $109. Both James Mora (appliance) and Carlos Rios (electrical) we’re very professional and knowledgeable!
The technicians, Kalani and Garret, were great. They were polite, respectful, and extra clean in their work. They spread their protective cloth all over the areas before starting their work, and they left the area as if they never were there. They thoroughly tested my new AC to ensure top performance. Just had Carters to repair my LG Washing Machine. Repair was done quickly, professionally and neatly. Ivan was very personable and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem in about 5 min (water pump), had the part for repair in his truck and was done with the whole visit in less than an hour. Left the repair area clean and organized. The office staff was great as well with setting up the appointment. Courteous and professional on the phone. Asked me a handful of questions about the problem and the model of my machine so they could help the tech prepare for the visit (which is why I think the part was on the truck already). They confirmed the morning window for the repair the day before and then sent a text with the name and photo of the tech when he was on his way, which is a great security feature. The service was not inexpensive, however this was a complicated enough repair that I think it would have taken at least a full day of multiple trips to Home Depot and hours of YouTube videos to do what Ivan did in an hour. The time and aggravation saved was well worth it and certainly less than buying a new washing machine. I would use them again for appliance repair.
