A/C fan motor replaced. He took the time to eliminate any other issue in an hvac switching issue. Issue hasn't been isolated yet, but, was honest about it. He left me with a working a/c after 4day holiday weekend, so I'm a happy camper now.
Miguel was a great help all around, he had no problem going over any questions asked and was able to explain them without an issue, he was also on time and professional to every extent, he also has a good sense of humor which is good in all scenrios, all in all i am happy with the service he provided for us

Excellent experience with Year Round Heating and AC. The catch basin for AC condensation was overflowing due to clogged drainage pipes causing some serious water damage in my house. I called several HVAC companies none were able to come out the same day…except these guys. Alverto, the tech who came out, was fantastic- very thorough and professional. He took pics and videos of the problem and walked us through exactly what the problem was. He fixed it quickly at a fair price and we were able to fire the AC back up on a hot 95 degree July Saturday. They are my new go to HVAC company.

“ Otto and Lionell were scheduled to arrive at 8am. Our doorbell rang at 7:59am. They introduced themselves and I showed them where access to the equipment was and right to work they went. Then Jesse, Justin, Alfonzo arrived and everyone was hard at work. Long story short these technicians removed and replaced my 20 yr old sytem and all duct work and were finished at approximately 4:30Pm. All the old parts were hauled off and the crew made sure our house was as clean as it was when they started.Highly recommend Otto and all the technicians at Year Round. ”
Absolutely fantastic service. They came within 24 hours for an emergency and fixed it, even as a first time customer. Zeke came and explained everything, defined the problem in laymen’s terms and figured out how to give us our best bang for our buck. Happily enrolled in their loyalty club program, definitely a happy customer. Highly recommended
The service technician got here and got right to work. He got our AC up and running in about 20 minutes if that. He also did a checkup of our ac unit and he was on his way.
From the office staff to the technician that came to our home, it was a great experience. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly. Highly recommend
They came to my house to fix multiple issues, multiple times, and regardless of who came over, they were all amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, extremely clean and considerate while performing their work.
As I said on my previous post. Zeke and Jared were very helpful and patient with me. I know now how knowledgeable the employees of Year-round Heating Services and I appreciate that with the Company. This is my second contract with the company and I will continue to buy other contracts. I am so appreciative of the fact that they took the time to make this long trip to service my unit. I have a rental unit. My regular service provider detected a leak in the A/C system. The repair would have been costly, and since my system was 13 years old, I decided a replacement was the best option. I got three bids, and Year Round H & A was by far the best including better equipment and warranty on parts and labor. Year Round was willing to to the demo and install the same day. As my new tenants were moving in the next day, the decision was a no brainer. Really appreciated the salesman's, Rafael, professionalism. He also helped with the install.

The assistant manager, Karisa, and secretary, Shelby, were both very professtional, knowlegeable, helpful and courteous. The 2 servicemen, Alverto and Jared were also very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They even noticed utility box was not flush against the wall and repaired it free of charge. I highly recommend this company for HVAC services as I have used them for heating also. I would not use any other company.
Everything from Year Round plumbing was fantastic. From my first phone call to the office to schedule an estimate to the actual word being done. Every single person I came in contact with was professional and polite. The representive explained all of my options very clearly so that I could decide which option was best for me as far as payment and products. The technicians who were at my home almost for the whole day to do the installation we're fantastic. They explained every single step to me so I was fully aware what was going on It was very involved in the process. Amazing customer service would highly recommend
To start, everyone from customer service to the guys that came to install our new AC unit were friendly, polite respectful of our property. We now have cool and hot air in every room of our house. Price, we knew from the beginning that we would drop a pretty penny for this! Luckily this company offers financing that made out pockets feel better. And according to our data we got an accommodating deal that we could not pass. The very next day the guys came to remove and install our new heating a cooling unit. Rafael was absolutely helpful and respectful in every way. I forgot the 3 gentlemen that installed our unit they were great.
Everyone associated with Year Round was very professional, helpful and great customer service. My service technician was Steven he was definitely a five star technician. Steven was very professional, very knowledgeable and addressed all of my needs.
Zeke and Jared came out today to do our seasonal AC tune up. They were very professional, thorough and they left everything clean which is huge. We will never go with another ac company ever again. Year Round lifetime customer! Thanks Year Round team!
