My mother was told by another company that her condenser was going out and that she needed an entire new unit because they were not allowed to repair the old condenser due to the 2023 environmental laws regarding HVAC systems. My brother has used your company and recommended that I get a second opinion. Your Technician came out and informed me that the unit needed to be cleaned and a new filter, however, she did not need a new condenser and in fact her unit takes the most updated refrigerant. Saved my mom a great deal of money and took the time to show me how to clean the unit. Truly appreciate it.

Our Air Conditioning was full of construction dust and paint prior to the purchase of our home. Thanks to Brent, he saved us thousands of dollars because he saw an opportunity to fix the problem without totally replacing the system, which most companies erroneously suggested we do. It's been some time since then, and I am confident that Brent's sole interest is to get my air conditioning and heater system working as well as it can for as long as it can without spending more than we need to. He has made the appropriate recommendations, and we've listened without any issues. Brent has been servicing our system biannually since he initially fixed our unit, and our air is always clean, icy-cold when wanted, and toasty in the colder months. We are grateful because whenever the time does come for our system requires replacement, we won't need to search very far as Brent will give us the best and most honest deal while maintaining the integrity that our family so deserves.
