Omar called early and asked if he could come over early. He was very polite. He was really professional about answering my additional questions and concerns. He investigated them and came up with solid options but didn't try to upsell at the same time. He was absolutely professional and honest and took his time explaining what he was doing to the system and how the system was currently performing. This is a company I will continue to use because from the first phone call to the actual visit, they are all customer service oriented and care about their clients needs. It is refreshing and I as that customer shall happily support companies that genuinely care about their customers. John Wayne came to my property and did an EXCELLENT job on repairing my A/C system that needed a new blower fan. He was on time, professional, and most of all, honest. He provided us with a quote that was very reasonable and helped perform the repair same day. I will be coming back to AC Plus in the future when I need any HVAC work done because of the service John Wayne provided. Highly recommend.
This company came out and replaced the A/C unit in 3.5 hours which is absolutely amazing! They were on time and even called in the middle of the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. Everyone was very professional and the system is running very well! Would 100% recommend!
My A/C PLUS HEATING AND AIR GUYS WERE FANTASTIC. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY, VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT WAS A PLEASURE HAVING THEM HERE AND NOW I HAVE CONTROL OF MY OWN CLIMATE. I originally contacted them to purchase a whole house swamp cooler. I ended up getting my HVAC repaired for a reasonable price but never got a quote for the swamp cooler after several attempts. Update: "Customer service follow up is very poor" Matt reached out to me to see how he could remedy the situation of my initial experience. He has shown a true interest in making things right. Personally taking the time to follow up with an in house estimate at my convenience. He was courteous and professional. Everyone makes mistakes but few are accountable these days and even less are genuinely concerned for the reputation and quality of work they put their name on. He has assured me that the issues have been resolved that led to the breakdown in communication. I have full confidence going forward that Matt and AC Plus Heating & Air will meet all my heating and cooling needs.
