The company is very professional, they responded fast, technician is friendly and helpful, solve the heater problem fast.
The tech, Mike, was able to arrive promptly the same day, within about 30 minutes from calling the office. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He also made some improvements to the system so that the issue would be less likely to happen again. Great service, great attitude, great explanation. Control Temp is my go to for heating and air conditioning. Thank you Control Temp! God bless you all!

Jeff, the technician that worked on our AC was an absolute pro. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with our unit quickly and explained the steps that he would be performing to fix it. He brought an absolute dud of a machine back to life. Would give 50 stars if I could. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had everything finished even quicker than estimated.

This was a great company to do business with. We had a new HVAC system put in and they answered all of our questions and were extremely professional. On top of that they were one of the lowest bids we received and completed the work very quickly. I highly recommend this company!!
I have used Control Temp for many years. John Kimm the owner is an expert in heating and air.The employees are great guys.They do a good job at a fair price. I own a real estate company in town.Clients of mine had their AC go out this week when the temperature was 116 degrees. John Kimm the owner went to their house on a Saturdayto fix it. Great locally owned company, fair prices and nice employees.
We lost our A/C right in the middle of the latest heat wave and Control Temp was right there to help us out. The crew did a great job and Mgt (John) really worked with us. I highly recommend this company and give them deep appreciation. Richard Landweer
