I got off work as early as i could and hauled butt over there because their hours were 7:00-5:00. I showed up at 4:49 and the guy said “sorry we closed, I already closed down the system” Despite them having the part I needed for my AC I will not be back as i wont support a company that doesn’t care enough about customers to stay open during their listed hours and flat out tell me face to face they are closed when i was there before their listed hours.
