Sergio (at Richard Osorio Heating and Air) is incredibly talented, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. 2 other companies had been out to try and fix the furnace over a two week period and did not. Sergio diagnosed problem on the first visit. Parts were ordered, contact made, even over the weekend, and he arrived promptly as always and got it repaired. Thank you - and we highly recommend this company.
