On time, reasonable cost & professional technician - can’t get any better
Great service. I’ve been using them for several years and always been happy with Ryan Bishop who’s done all the work. As a plus he’s great around dogs.
Ryan from Kelly came out to look at our air conditioner in Mill Valley, which was not working. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a burned out switch, replaced it, and was on his way in less than an hour. He was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. We will use Kelly again for any HVAC issues we have in the future.

Ryan came out immediately the day that I needed service, diagnosed the problem with my heat pump, which was the capacitor and fixed it within 15 minutes. He also answered other questions I had about heat pumps I was very impressed.
Ryan notified us prior to his arrival—- arrived on time very knowledgeable, personable and professional. We purchased our heater/air conditioner one year ago. This was our first routine maintenance. We recommend this locally owned company.
We have used Kelly Plumbing & Heating since 2006 when they installed a new furnace and A/C unit. Ryan comes out regularly to perform routine maintenance and he is fantastic. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

We needed to replace our failing furnace and water heater and opted for heat pumps for both. Kelly Plumbing & Heating did an outstanding job from start to finish, reviewing options and timeline, helping us coordinate with an electrician and inspectors, and even helping to identify available rebates. Their work is excellent and their crew very professional. Fair pricing, responsive, and clear communication. Highly recommend.
We have a fifty year old home in Novato in need of a new heat and AC system. Kelly came in with a great bid, did the job in less than four days and we now have a quiet Trane system with all new ducting. My hat is off to Mario, Fernando, Eric and Christian who performed the work. They were very efficient and professional keeping the house as clean as possible throughout the installation.
Kelly installed a Trane AC unit about 5 years ago. The installation went well, and the price and service was excellent. We have them service our equipment annually to ensure that it will always be in top shape, and our tech Ryan Bishop is outstanding. He is punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend Kelly Plumbing & Heating to anyone who needs a great HVAC contractor.
Kelly's appliances were great,they fixed my whirlpool dishwasher after the pump failed 5 months after warranty ended.I will use there service again,thanks for being reliabe honest and fair.
When our furnace stopped working this week, Anna was able to get one of her techs onsite to address and fix the issue right away. Ryan B came over and took about 30 minutes to replace a part (under warranty) and get things up and running again. Thanks to the team. I”ve been a happy customer for about 8 years now since they installed a new furnace and water heater for me.

If we could give Kelly 10 stars for our new furnace and duct work, we would. They are extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Anna in the office; Ryan the technical expert; and Eric and Fernando, the installers were all outstanding. They might not have offered the lowest price, but the quality is superb and you will not be sorry if you choose them.

Extremely satisfied with the recent service provided by Ryan Bishop. He came to do a regular maintenance check and identified some existing issues and quickly resolved the problem. It was obvious that he brought the needed expertise and knowledge to readily address the issue. It was very much appreciated.
