From start to end, we were incredibly satisfied with our recent Heat Pump installation. Amongst the few companies we considered for this project, we were really pleased with the pricing, quoting, and communication in advance of the start date. During the week of the installation, Udiel's team (Adam, Brian and Alex) were top notch. They went above and beyond to remove our old ducting and old furnaces left in crawl space from many years ago, install additional lighting in the attic with the ducting and air mover, and match the exact placement of the new ceiling register locations we marked out in each room. The installation of the new system was clean, highly organized, and they clearly explained every step of the way. Udiel and his team are true professionals and clearly pride themselves in high quality work. We're a couple weeks into using our new heat pump and love every part of it and really glad we chose Reyes.
Reyes Heating & Air did a great job installing a whole-home heating and cooling system in an older house with a unique layout. Udiel was creative with his proposed approach to the project, and able to meet our goals with the most affordable solution. His team installed a ducted mini split system with two air handlers (one of which replaced an existing gas furnace). The work also involved running new ducts in an attic and crawl space for a part of the house that previously had no heating/cooling. His team was a pleasure to have at our house for the days they were working - all were professional, polite, and very respectful of the property - cleaning up every evening and very diligently at the end of the project. Everything they installed is clean and neatly organized - even the ducts and condensation lines etc hidden in crawl spaces and out of view. The system they installed is working perfectly, through some of the coldest days of the year (and more energy efficient than I expected). I would recommend them to anybody looking for a company to take on any big or small project.
After buying our home we decided to have air conditioning installed prior to moving in. In my research, I met with three different companies - Reyes Heating not only provided the best pricing, they also took the most care in explaining our options in terms a new homeowner could understand and blew the competition out of the water in their professionalism. They are always prompt to follow up, are consistently on time, patiently answer questions, and careful to leave their workspace clean. But they also go above and beyond. While installing our unit, they noticed a concerning beam in our attic (that was completely unrelated to their work) and took time out of their day to point it out to us. Udiel is an extremely hardworking, caring professional who approaches each project as though completing it in his own home. This is a company I stand behind completely and will continue to in the future. I cannot recommend Udiel and his team highly enough.
Udiel Reyes is a true master of his trade. The company is well-run with good processes for booking, executing, and paying for appointments. Udiel called ahead to say he would be 15 minutes early; how refreshing in that? He tapped into my heating system's computer, immediately identified the problems with the system (caused by an amateurish installation by another company), fixed them, and adjusted the airflow in various ducts, all with in an hour, and for exactly the price quoted on the phone. Outstanding.
Udiel and team were quick to respond to our furnace issues and had the parts and resolution in place quickly. The work was efficient and well done. Unrelated to the original issue, Udiel diagnosed a problem with the programming of our heating zones. He fixed it quickly and it has made the house warmer and the system more efficient.
II chose Reyes Heating and Air to install a dual level air conditioning system because the various options were presented completely with thorough evaluations of the equipment and costs. Everything was friendly, timely and efficient. Udiel the owner was always helpful and flexible in terms of scheduling. My wife and I have families that were once in the HVAC business, so we did our homework on the heat pump brand and pricing. Udiel Reyes is very knowledgeable of his product and fair with pricing. I would recommend him with ten stars for his honesty and trustworthiness. His team of installation technicians were efficient, and they did a noteworthy job of cleanup. I highly recommend this company.
Udiel Reyes is fantastic to work with, very straightforward, responsive and transparent. We did a central AC installation and Udiel took the time personally to check out the property/space and tell us what needed to be done. He was competitive on pricing and explained everything that went into the cost, including various options for the job. He and his team were efficient and easy to work with. We have a 4 month old who has trouble sleeping and his team was courteous to keep noise at a reasonable level during nap time...they were all nice guys and total pros. Highly recommend Reyes Heating and Air, we feel satisfied with the work and can already tell the difference in what is a unique layout in our house...thanks again Udiel and team!
I highly recommend Reyes Heating & Air!! They just replaced my air conditioner and furnace including a smart Thermostat. Udiel Reyes was such a pleasure to work with right from the beginning. He is an honest business owner and very kind man. His bid was very reasonable, he was very easy to get a hold of and be in communication with, he and his guys did an amazing job from the moment we had contact with them until the moment they wrapped up the job. Udiel Reyes was extremely professional and helpful answering questions and provided immediate follow-up with appointment and quote. The technicians Freddy and Adolfo were outstanding...prompt, profession, clean, and courteous. The work is quality and competitively priced. I would highly recommend their services.

Our air conditioner stopped working during our recent heat wave on Labor Day weekend. Temperatures were 112 and we couldn't open our windows in the morning to cool off the house due to the smoky air. I called a few heating and air companies and only Reyes returned my call. The technician arrived within 30 minutes and the problem was resolved minutes later. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The best news is they charged their normal rates while other firms double and triple their rates on holidays and after hours. I highly recommend Reyes Heating and Air Conditioning.
The Reyes team did a fantastic job on a fairly significant set of changes to our home. They needed to replace the furnace, reroute several ducts, rerun thermostat wires, add on an A/C unit, and bring a large condenser up the back slope of our hill. They did all this work professionally and quickly and left our house super clean afterwards. Their attention to detail on cleaning up after their work was especially appreciated since we have two kids under 5 in the house and we didn't have to move out while work was being done because walls were taped up in the evenings between work. I strongly recommend their work.
Highly recommended. We called Udiel based on two glowing recommendations from neighbors, and the Reyes Heating and Air team delivered. Udiel came to the house, quickly diagnosed our issues, and proposed a thorough solution on the spot. He was extremely polite and conscientious of being in our home (especially given Covid). We communicated briefly over text the next day as Udiel answered a few clarifying questions for us. Within a days of signing our contract, the team was at the house doing the work. They were professional, fast, thorough, and graceful. Udiel told us to anticipate 1.5 days of work, but the team completed the work in just one day. Before leaving, Udiel took the time to show us what they had done and to demonstrate the new system in action so we understood what was happening. On top of that, the team left the basement area cleaner than it was when they started the work. Now we have a much more efficient and effective HVAC system. To have a company in Marin who does this caliber of work this quickly, at this reasonable a price, feels pretty rare.

I highly recommend Reyes Heating and Air. Amazing! They are a solid, quality team, efficient and friendly. I first found Udiel through a friend who is a high-end contractor. Our furnace blew over Christmas and we were in a bind. I got a few quotes and Reye's was the best and most responsive. Two years later he installed an A/C unit and clearly explained all the options, again, great pricing. But best of all is their service. A pleasure to work with them.
Excellent communication and follow-up. When other companies were quoting us for units that wouldn’t even fit our needs, Reyes Heating was listening and responding thoroughly. We are so happy with the final product, too.

This review is from a retired General Contractor. Reyes replaced an old furnace 100,000 BTU and added air conditioning 5 ton, in my personal residence. I understand how much HVAC units should cost, what size of units to install, how long it should take and the difference between a good installation and a bad one. Udiel Reyes was spot on in all the above categories. I did not tell him what products to install. I let him do all the talking. Udiel did not try and sell me equipment that I didn't need! he was on time, on budget and there were NO extras. The new system works great!! BTW his prices were fair.
