My wife and I have an air conditioner that was built in 1983. Jonathan has taken care of it for about 4 years now. We do not want to replace it because we are not intending to stay in the area for much longer. Jonathan has done a great job keeping it running. It is now in need of a couple of motors and Jonathan will be the one to replace them as he has been honest and very fair in our dealings with him. He is knowledgeable, always polite, in good humor (that we see) and clean – never a bad thing. Highly recommended Finest Heating & Air...
Jonathan installed a brand new air conditioning and heating unit in our house. Not only did he beat the competition by a lot,I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Called on a Friday, tech (Jonathan) came out on Saturday morning and looked at unit to see problem. He described problem, had the solution to fix and scheduled a time on Monday morning to come out to fix. He arrived on time and had the unit fixed in a timely manner. He was very detailed in explaining what he was repairing and the cost. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend Finest Heating & Air to others.
We recently bought a 3-bedroom home and, when we occupied the house, we found that the central air was inoperative. The technician came out the day I called and checked the system. He found that the previous occupants had burned up the inside & outside units so we had Finest install a new system. On the day of the scheduled installation, their crew was prompt, polite, and quickly installed the equipment. Their field manager Jonathan arrived and inspected it and said it was ready to start. I am very glad that someone inspected the installation. This said to me that they care about the home owners and the work they do. I will highly recommend them for any kind of AC and heater solutions.
Jonathan was very informative and helpful! We realized we didn’t have hot water and called him at a rather late time, left a message, not expecting to get a response until the next day but he responded right away! Came over the next day and informed us that the current tank we’re using isn’t a good one and gave us the history as to why that is. He was genuine and it didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale and he wasn’t pushy either! Got our water tank replaced, he was right on time and made sure him and his partner didn’t leave a mess afterwards! Great experience!
I was looking for a company with good experience with ductless AC installation which is less common than traditional forced air AC. Quick and courteous installation. Excellent workmanship. Finest is a company that totally depend on customer needs. Recommended for sure!!!
They fixed a broken vent outlet, did a tune up on the AC and insulated the coolant tube. The workers were very friendly and did a good job. However, when they insulated the coolant tube they left a lot of scattered black foam scraps all over our deck. It took me about 20 minutes to clean it all up.
This is a great AC and heater repair company! Our compressor went out on a Sunday night, and I called them. They've fixed and replaced AC units for other members of my family for years. Jonathan, the owner, was here the next day in the blazing monsoon heat. He was thorough, and got to the bottom of what was wrong. It was an issue covered under warranty, and he made the process of getting it repaired simple and quick. His work is high quality and I recommend his company to anyone who asks."
The reason to go with Finest company was based primarily on the fact that your salesman gave me more information about the installation process. He wasn’t in a hurry to get to the next sales presentation. He took the time to explain the differences between the different types of equipment and the features each system offered. He is an asset to your company.
