Great experience getting my heat pump installed! Osvin gave me some great info on heat pumps and what to look for. Victor and his team were some of the hardest working and polite technicians I have dealt with. They knew exactly what they were doing as these guys are pro's! The worked with me to get all my request's met. When I noticed that one of the pieces of equipment (mitsubishi heat pump) was dented in shipping, no questions were asked and they immediately replaced it that day! It was an absolute pleasure working with Red Mountain Heating and Air. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.
Osvin and his team did a fantastic job installing a new furnace and new zoned AC system in our home. Great final product, great communication throughout and great service in a busy household with a dog and two kids! A+ work and would highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the timely and professional services Red Mountain Heating and Air provided us recently. They do both repairs and installations that worked to our advantage in terms of time and expense. And better yet, we later learned that they are authorized Bryant dealer when Osvin, owner of Red Mountain, came for the initial service visit. Even though we weren’t looking for any particular brand but, as one of the yelp review stated, it could be more cost efficient if deal with the brand directly. I wish I had price comparison to offer but we decided to go ahead with Red Mountain without getting quotes elsewhere. Based on our instincts and a bit good luck, Red Mountain turned out to be a good choice from the long list of many other heating companies on the internet. Clarisa was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. I appreciate her care to my family without heat in the cold winter nights because she pressed to have Osvin came out the same day from his other job site. Clarisa also stayed on top of communication, including emailing contract and confirm installation date. Osvin, the owner, came on time and was very pleasant and easy to talk with. He was able to help us order a new unit and do the installation all within 4 days! Osvin gave us a date and he delivered. For company like Red Mountain Heating and Air that strikes to earn its good reputation and start rating in an honest way(not paying for boosting fake reviews), I am more then happy to take time to put in a few good words for them. Thumbs up!
Our forced air heating furnace broke down, and Osvin was able to come the next day to correctly diagnose the repair that would be needed. He ordered the part right away, got back and fixed the furnace as soon as the part arrived. Osvin was a pleasure to do business with, charge was reasonable, response time and communication was excellent. Highly recommend.
We had our ducts replaced. We obtained three bids and red Mountain was the best value. Osvin and Clarisa were very responsive to all questions and the job was completed within two weeks including the HERS testing. Julian and team completed the actual removal and install of new ducts in one day and we recommend Red Mountain without hesitation.
Osvin and his team helped us with our house and another condo, they installed the Furnace and AC for us, also applied city permit. Their price is the BEST among 10 Quotes we received. They use pretty brand. Their team working really hard and efficient. Highly recommend if you need help with your HAVC.
Osvin and his crew from Red Mountain Heating and Air are true professionals at what they do. We had our heater replaced in our large 5 bedroom home that was 40 years old. Osvin came to give us an estimate and we were able to schedule within a week. There work was outstanding. Not only did they replace the heater and all parts but went above and beyond cleaning the area and letting us know step by step what they were doing. We will be recommending them any chance we get. I've had Red Mountain's team to install a Daikin 48k BTUs heat-pump system in my house. I was very pleased with their professionalism and overall experience hiring them. I've had several bids (several) and in the end they had the most competitive offer with the ideal timeframe. I would recommend them hands down.
After getting quotes from five installers, we chose Red Mountain to install a Mitsubishi mini-split system in our house. Their prices were fair, they were responsive and honest, and they did good quality work with 5 years warranty. Osvin and his crew were efficient and professional, kept the house clean, and handled all the necessary permits, plumbing and electrical work. The system works great and we are very happy.
• Tamalpais Valley, CA I just finished having a AC heat pump ductless system installed... I live in Tennessee Valley, and it gets cold and foggy in May, June and July, so we've had a chance to use the heat to take the chill out of our main open kitchen dining, living room. Also tested the AC cooling function in the hot sun room in back of the house, which gets southern exposure and the room it worked like a charm.. I did a lot of research before choosing Red Mountain Heating and Air, .. They were less expensive, and are up to date on the $3,000 rebate program. They did a good job, and used top of the line Mitsubishi equip.

Red Mountain was among 3 bids and not the lowest. His suggestions help improve working under the house away from the ducts, installing them off the floor and tight up against the floor joists. Re routed the 2 large main distro ducts to have more access to both sides of the house... cleaned up after, remove all debris. Not a hard sell, but a knowledgeable sell. Very please with their work...

Told us our heater needed a new control board. Said he was going to look for the part. When he got back to us he said they don't make parts for our heater and that we would need to replace our entire heater. The heater we have is only 8 years old and I found the needed part online. He was just trying to get us to replace our entire heater for nothing. Called a new company and it turned out the control board was fine and it was a different problem entirely. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Red Mountain Heating replaced my 20 yr old furnace. Furnace was replaced 3 days after my initial service call. Comparative quotes were no where as competitive as Red Mountains initial quote, which actually was the price as installed. How refreshing. These guys are the HVAC pros. Looking no further. I have them scheduled for several rental units that need heater attention. Timely, covid protocols adhered to, and on time. Working with the team at Red Mountain Heating was a great experience. I highly recommend!
We last week had two LG mini-split units installed in our house . I was going to do the work myself , somewhat involved calling upon plumbing , electrical and carpentry . With a bad back I am now happy I did not . A few years ago we needed work done on our furnace. Osvin was working for my then favorite HVAC person who had recently retired. I remember, again watching but not hovering over Osvin as he carefully took care of our furnace . His work was carried out with skill and integrity . I asked him before leaving our job for his telephone number. Fortunately I had written it down in a yearly calendar book and so I was able to retrieve it and call him to ask for an estimate . He came over to look at the work . This was shortly after followed by receiving a reasonable estimate . The equipment was ordered and when it arrived two weeks later Osvin scheduled the date and time for the install . He and two of his crew arrived as per schedule . They were all courteous and neat . They rolled out floor coverings and hung plastic over nearby furniture and walls where some Sheetrock had to be cut . They even , while cutting holes in the Sheetrock , suctioned during the cutting with a portable vacuum cleaner . As a former professional carpenter I , hopefully without getting in the way , kept an interested eye on how things were being done. Pablo and Jeffery , Osvin’s crew , were extremely hard working . They knew what they were doing and demonstrated excellent craftsmanship . There is a lot of detail work that goes into a successful mini-split install . The line sets were always insulated and well wrapped . These lines were strapped both in the attic and closet without taking shortcuts, . Penetrating holes where needed in both internal and external walls were done accurately . I needed a small section of the exterior stucco wall to do a custom paint color match .
