Kellen was knowledgeable and informative. He went above and beyond showing me with a special camera exactly how my drains looked beyond my clean out drain.
Ben was my service technician today. My required service has several more steps to go before total expected completion. However, if I continue to receive the same excellent service that I received today, I'm sure that I will be extremely happy overall.
Eric was an excellent plumber in your company of Peter Levy. He was professional attuned to our cost needs as well as carrying out great work on our plumbing needs in our bathrooms. He listen to us well then try to do a hard shell and you gave us several good options, he got his work done on time and showed rate follow through ask for the sky. Whenever you use this company, we will do the same.
I picked this business because they had upfront - great advertising on major TV stations. They offered a great price. (That got MY attention because I KNOW what the Competitors charge...'way more)! The Serviceman, Jordan could not have been better. Amazing! Helpful, Knowledgeable, Polite. He's going places!

Remon Tawasha is such a pleasant professional and explained to me well about what caused water heater leak, not from bottom of water heater but from water supply line at top.
The initial installation of my new water heater went great. The filter that went with it was installed later by Alex, who was fast, friendly, and professional. I am very impressed with the Peter Levi company and all of their technicians who have done work at my house. Thanks! 6/30/2023 - Jason was fast, friendly, and very helpful. (Water heater de-scaling, and checking out a non-problem with one of my toilets. He also checked out the faucet in my kitchen and provided some estimates for potential future upgrades.) Good guy!

They are not only the best plumbers out there, but the best of human beings for sure! ~ Working with both of them also reminded me of my experiences with Peter Levi Company in March 2020. We hired them to open up our front yard to replace pipes at the very beginning of the Pandemic Outbreak. All of sudden, the "Shelter-In-Place" order was announced, and we were freaking out about the situation. But these guys (led by Sam, Kurt, Jordan, etc.) worked tirelessly and speedily to ensure that everything was completed in the perfect condition before they left. What a team! They are indeed God-sent.
My wife called last night to see if they could fix a gas leak on our water heater and was told someone would contact her today to fix the leak. We turned the gas off last night and Nate came this afternoon and fixed the leak. He was very professional and found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. It is a pleasure doing business with Peter Levi.
Ben Frey explained the new HVAC system to me after 5 previous Peter Levi employees wotking in disconnected shifts over 4 days did not. Ben was helpful, and polite as well as professional. I had been very disappointed in the work of the previous workers taking 4 days rather than the 1 or maybe 2 that were promised.
Brandon is a great service rep. In addition, when I called his company in the evening thinking I would get a recording, instead, I got a real person who took my information then received a call at 7:45 the next morning to tell me a service tech would be contacting me. Great service!
Our first experience with Peter Levi. Very favorable so far both Jason and Logan were very professional and efficient. Very good signs for the beginning of our relationship for plumbing and HVAC systems. Planning some substantial work in addition to today.
Awesome response time and problem solving. At my house inspecting the issue within hours of my call. Evaluated the problem, proposed solutions, gathered resources (including a third party contractor) and was on site the next day to start repairs. All without premium pricing.

Had my routine HVAC maintenance with Peter Levi technician specialist Taina Levi-Sanchez the other day. Thank you for your professional service as well as friendly personality. Taina took her time to explain what she did and what the condition of my system was in. Glad that everything is working well!
Brandon was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. He also made me aware of potential hazards with my current equipment and recommended fix actions. This was a good first experience dealing with Peter Levi, Brandon is a great representative of the organization.
I made an appointment several days in advance. They did not make an attempt to cancel with 24 hours notice. The day of the appointment (Monday), they told me that they couldn’t make it on Monday during my allotted window. They told me they’d come on Tuesday instead. I told them that I was literally free all day Monday because I work from home, but that I go into the office the rest of the week. I offered any other time Monday. They refused.
We appreciated the kind, professional service provided by Jose. He provided a detailed report after the inspection, answered all of our questions, and offered suggestions on what to do next to ensure our HVC system would continue operating as intended.
