Excellent, professional, cleanliness. I cannot speak higher about Bragg Plumbing. Especially Cary as the scheduler and Tracy and Jose has installers.
I can confidently recommend Bragg Plumbing to anyone. Every service person we have dealt with over the years is informative, efficient and friendly.
Tracy was great to work with, took the time to explain what the problem was as well as how they were going to replace and fix the issue. Great teamwork including Carrie at the office was also very knowledgeable and friendly. 5star results all the way around and competitive pricing. Too.
Heat pump installed
The two guys that showed up were nice and seemed like they were on the up and up. It was the first big heat wave and our air conditioner was out. They replaced a $30 part and were on site for about 20 minutes. They charged me $325. I have repeatedly tried to contact them about this to give them the chance to explain and have never heard back from them. They are not to be trusted, choose any other company in the Petaluma area but not these guys.
Victor and Jose were prompt and kept their work spaces clean. Victor carefully explained what need to be done with our 14 year old mini split. What we're looking for in a plumbing/hvac company is timeliness, straightforward communication about what needs to be done and reasonable rates. This company fits that bill, so we will definitely use Bragg again.
Pleasant, friendly, competent, effective repairs to existing systems. Immediate improvement of cooling systems.
Todd, Chance and Jose, are all very knowledgeable and helpful! Got my AC system and improperly installed Nest Thermostats (first installed through different company) fixed within only a few minutes. Also had a greatly needed attic fan installed in under 2 hours. Definitely recommend the Bragg team!
Terry solved my drain problem, and was thorough and knowledgeable. His communication skill was above average. If you want it done right, try Bragg.
Plumber Tracy was on time, clean, clear in explaining the work and the charges. The price seems to be fair.

The A.C. quit on a hot evening. I called Bragg services the next morning. Todd arrived within 2 hours and did a through review of the problem and was able to replace a part that had "blown". the problem was fixed.

Victor was excellent! Explained and Showed me how to use our new HVAC system. Discussed the different options available for different price points so no pressure to select the fanciest or most expensive system. The office manager is also fantastic! Handled all of the warranty paperwork and gave us the rebate upfront. I never fill out surveys but am taking the time to get the word out that they are top notch! Bragg was so great that we called them back to look at an old toilet that wasn’t flushing properly. Tracy was also phenomenal! I assumed we would need to replace the toilet but it just turns out that the toilet lid interferes with the handle 🤦♀️ Tracy recommended a soft close lid and the toilet is back to good as new. He then cleaned out the lime scale in the water tank. Didn’t charge me for coming out! He also was able to recommend a flooring specialist for my next project on my remodeling list.
Annual heater inspection
Tracy helped me out today and was wonderful as usual. All of the folks at Bragg have been great every time I've needed them. Knowing I have a good, reliable, honest resource for my plumbing and heating needs reduces my stress levels. It's one less thing in life to worry about.
Arrived early, fixed the issue super fast and fairly priced, would call them again in the future
Usually, this company is spot on. Today they were off their game. They are coming back Thursday to finish. Maybe Thursday will be better.
