Michael was of great help and got our unit running
A good company that takes care of its customers, very satisfied with our services through Southland Heating & AC
We had someone come out from the company before him and he could diagnose one of the problem out of the two and they sent Michael out and he was able to fix the problem very fast as well.
Our AC stopped working as soon as a heatwave hit. Fortunately the guys from Southland were able to get over to our house and quickly diagnose and fix the problem.
I am very grateful to Southland Heating and Cooling company and especially their technician Christopher Wilkinson for his highly professional outstanding service. He was able for the short amount of time successfully troubleshoot the technical issues with both separate air conditioning units and make them run smoothly and efficiently. That will help us to save some money on our electric bill. I would defiantly recommend this company to our neighbors and friends
Eric was professional, efficient and brought his years of experience and expertise for a quick understanding of the problem. Hi service truck was well supplied and carried what was needed to restore the A/C system back up and running.
I have been impressed with Dave. He was on time, reviewed my current HVAC system, looked in the attic and spent a great deal of time discussing potential new systems to replace my 30 year old system. He has been very good with follow-up and has provided good information about local and federal rebates that would apply. I will be using Southland to install a new heat pump system.
It took Robert 10 minutes to diagnose the problem with my air conditioning compressor that to technicians from other companies had misdiagnosed. The diagnosis made sense. It was explained well to me. I am happy that I called Southland air-conditioning to fix my Lennox air conditioner.
Pedro was courteous and provided valuable information about the possibility of exchanging gas systems to installing heat pumps to lower our carbon footprint.

Outstanding experience, start to finish - Matt and his team installed a new 2-speed furnace and A/C system plus replacing ducting in our home and did an amazing job getting everything done in 1 day with a hardworking, diligent, dedicated and professional team. Matt came out for the initial on-site and I immediately knew that we were in great hands. His pricing was excellent, and the scope of what they did far exceeded any of the comparable quotes I received from local providers. He took time to explain everything to me in detail and was patient with my many questions. I felt like Matt was 100% dedicated to ensuring that we had a great-performing system, rather than to just do the bare minimum, which I feel was the approach of others I spoke to (who, incidentally, we charging more to do less). He explained everything throughout the process and I felt that we were given excellent and thoughtful advice without any upselling. I could not be more delighted with our experience and final product. Update: 6 years later and still delighted with the level of service and attentiveness I get from Southland. They will always endeavor to get a tech out same day for any issues. They communicate clearly and helpfully, with the end goal of ensuring full customer satisfaction. I have recommended them to so many people I have lost count!
Super happy with Southland Heating & Air Conditioning! I got a referral to them from Trane, the maker of my "in place" system and I know why; Southland's technical expertise and customer service exceeded all my expectations! My technician Christopher knew the system inside out and gave me a full report with photos of his maintenance work. He followed up with me afterwards giving me plenty of time to discuss issues and answer questions even though no special work was recommended. I have a maintenance contract with them and this was their second visit - a great value at under $180 per year for 2 annual visits. Many thanks and much appreciation to a business that has great integrity, cares about their customers and is stable and ongoing.
